(Dean's P.O.V)
Dean woke up by Jo shaking him, they seemed to be in his house, he looked around to see Mary and Sam standing around him. What about Cas? Is he alright? Dean opened his mouth to say something, but instead, Sam said something. "Cas will most-likely be alright. He has a some broken ribs, an arm leg. And-" Sam stopped, "He can't remember you Dean, and also-" Dean's heart dropped his face went pale. "Dean oh my God are you ok?" His mom ran over to him, "You were saying something, Sam?" Dean urged Sam to tell him, he needed to know what pain he'd cause Cas. "He can't see, the doctor isn't sure if he will be able to again." " Take me to him! Take me right now or so God help you!" So swallowed, then nodded.
They got to the hospital, as they walked in, Dean spelled the aroma of medicine and cough drops. They went over to the counter, "You're Dean Winchester? Are you sure he's gonna wanna see you?" The lady raised her eyebrow, no he wasn't sure if Cas even felt for him. But he needed to make sure he was alright. "I mean, his parents sure don't want you to." Dean raised his head, his parents? He had only met them once, they hated him. They were homophobic people, they hated the idea of Cas and him dating. "I need to see him." He didn't care, he didn't care if Cas wouldn't love him, or if his parents hated him. He needed to see him.
As Dean went into the room Cas was in, he felt a wave anxiety and fear wash over him. What if Cas didn't love him anymore? What would he do?
Dean walked To Cas's room. He was scared, he thought he was prepared for Cas to hate him. But Dean wasn't, he loved him, he never wanted Cas to hate him, even Cas being slightly pissed at him made his heart drop.
Dean walked in, Cas had an I.V machine hooked on his arm. He had a cast on his arm and leg. Cas's face lit up, "You're Sam's brother right?" Dean pulled a chair next to the bed, "I'm your boyfriend. It's my fault you're like this-" Cas grabbed Dean's hand, "No, it isn't your fault, I don't know what happened. But I don't need to to know it wasn't your fault." Dean started crying, Cas's eyes started watering. "Stop, you're making me cry." Cas giggled, and put his hand on Dean's cheek. "When you cry my heart feels like it's dropped millions of miles." He wiped Dean's tears, "I forgive you." Dean held onto Cas's hand, "How can you forgive me? I nearly got you killed? And I betrayed you…" "Dean, I may not remember you. But I remember I love you, just because I got hit by a car, doesn't mean I hate you. Whatever I got mad at you for, I forgive you. No matter how bad it was." Dean smiled, he was so happy, "You're still Cas 'huh? Stubborn as always." Dean held Cas, even though it was a bit awkward considering Cas was in a hospital bed. Dean didn't care, he just made sure he didn't hurt Cas, "I love you Cas.." Cas giggled, "Silly man, I love you too." They both held on to each other, Dean was scared that he would lose Cas, while Cas was holding him trying to remember who Dean was. He knew he loved him, but he he couldn't remember, he couldn't remember who the love of his life was. "Cas, I won't let you get hurt again. Ok? Never again." "I won't let you get hurt either Dean, never."----
*10 weeks later*
(Cas P.O.V)
Cas had finally gotten his own apartment, before he was living with the Winchesters, but he had started to feel like a burden after the incident. There were two rooms, and he had decided he didn't want to pay the bills himself. So he had asked Hannah to be his roommate, which she accepted. And today, they were getting her stuff up into her room. Luckily, Hannah didn't have much stuff, so they could easily get her stuff. "So Cas.." He looked over his shoulder, Hannah was opening a Hershey's bar. "When you gonna see Dean again? You haven't talked to him in a couple day right? Did something happen?" Cas looked at his phone. Nothing had happened, he was just so busy. And he had seen the texts and calls he was getting from him. He just, never bothered to pick them up. He still loved Dean, he knew that. Every time he saw he texted him, he always got excited. Maybe he was scared. His phone started ringing. It was Dean. He picked it up, he didn't exactly want to tell Hannah. "Cas! Thank God! I thought you were in trouble, or you were mad at me! What's wrong? Is everything ok?" Cas had a lump in his throat, he had made Dean worry so much. "No, babe I'm fine. I'm not mad at you, just busy. How about we go out? We haven't done that in a while." "Yeah, I need a break from everything right now too. How about I pick you up in 30 minutes?" "Yeah, I'll be ready. I love you." "I love you too Cas." And with that they closed the phone, he looked over to see Hannah going into his bedroom. "Cas! You're gonna need your best clothes! I can smell the lust from here!" She giggled, and Cas rolled his eyes. He was finally going to see Dean again. Though it was his fault for never answering him, he truly did miss Dean.--------
Sorry I haven't updated, and it's a short chapter! I had writers block, I didn't know where I wanted it to end. Now I do. I don't think it'll end to soon though.
