Chapter: 7

~Cola's P.O.V.~

I was sitting in my room a few weeks after I met Edward and everything is going great. We were finally have gotten close enough and I think that it is time to talk to each other about what we are and what we can do. And lets just say that that conversation will be happening right now.

"Edward I can trust you and you can trust me right?" I ask from my spot on my bed and Edward looks at me confused while coming over and sitting next to me on the bed while taking my hands in his.

"Of course you can Colie, why would you think anything different? Is there something wrong?" He asks in the concerned tone that I have learned to love.

"Um Edward I am not completely human." I say and he looks at me confused.

"What are you then you seem completely human."

"I-I am a demigod, I am half human half god." I say and he looks at me shocked.

"A you are half god?"

"Yeah my Father is Neptune while my mother is a human."

"That is amazing, do you have any gifts?"

"Yeah I can control water, shipwrecks, talk and control horses." I say and he continues looking at me amazed. "Now tell me my little vampire what is your gift?" I ask while looking at him with curious eyes.

"I can read minds but I can't read yours."

"That is amazing, and I already know that you are different because your eyes are gold, so what do you do?"

"I and my family drink animal blood and not human blood. We didn't want to be monsters."

"That is great Edward that you are different." I say while laying my head on his shoulder and I hear him exhale in relief.

"I am glad that you think so, but I regret what I am and I wish that I never was."

"But then you would miss out on so much that you wouldn't have had if you weren't a vampire."

"I know I wouldn't have met you." He says while looking down at me since my head is still on his shoulder and he kisses my forehead. "Colie I need to tell you something." Edward says in a worried tone that only makes me worried also.

"What is it Edward?" I say while taking my head off his shoulder and looking at him straight in the eyes.

"Colie you are my mate which is like a soul mate." He says while still giving a nervous look.

"And I am happy to be your mate and soul mate." I say and he smiles happily and leans in and kisses me lightly.

"I love you Aqua." He says and kisses me again.

"And I love you to Edward."

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

"Of course I will Edward." I say with a smile just as there is a knock on the door and I pull away from Edward. "Come in." I say and the door opens and I see my twin brother Nick. "Hello Nick." I say while looking back to Edward. "Edward this is my twin brother Nick who is also a demigod. Nick this is my boyfriend Edward he is a vegetarian vampire."

"It is nice to meet you Edward, make sure you watch out for my sister or I will kill you if anything happens to her while she is under your watch."

"And I can promise you that will NEVER happen while I am on watch." Edward says then Nick looks at me.

"I like him he is a keeper. Oh and Mother, Step-Father, Ryder and Millie are going out for dinner tonight so it is just me, you and I figure Edward?" Nick says and I wish that I could say that I was sad by this but it is a normal occurrence.

"Yeah I think Edward is staying?" I ask while looking at Edward and he nods. "Yes he is, now what do you want to do tonight?"

"Order dinner in then watch a movie maybe?" Nick suggests and I look at Edward and he nods.

"Ok that would be great." I say. "You can decide on the food you know what I like."

"I will call you when the food is here." Nick says and leaves the room.

"Does that happen a lot? Your Mother and the rest leaving you out?" Edward asks while pulling me closer to him so I am wrapped in his arms.

"Yeah they don't really like us because they know that we are different."

"Which is a good thing if I might add."

"I know but they still leave us out."

"Thanks and I am happy that I am different and I am use to it by now."

"Still you shouldn't be treated like that."

"We can talk about this later Edward."

"That we will Aqua, that we will."
