Chapter 42

Braden (Maejor) POV
I heard a knock.  Who could it be at this time. I open the door and see Vanessa. My heart skipped a beat. I then felt butterflies in my stomach. " Vanessa?" I asked in a shock
Tone.  " Um yea ,Can I come in? " she said kind of nervous. I nodded opening the door wider for her to come in. I led her to my living room. We sat down and I know her to damn well. She has been crying . " Is everything ok?" I asked she looked down " No ". " talk to me Nessa what's wrong ".  " Well I caught Jason smoking and you know how hard it was for me to get him to stop. It's not only that lately he has so much attitude. He yelled at me with our attitude telling me why I care. It was just bad so I came here. Wondering if I can stay here awhile ?" I was in utter shock but responded " Yea yea sure , I'm assuming you bought clothes in that duffle bag " I said chuckling. In which caused her to smile. I then asked " You hungry ?" She nodded shly. " I'll order up some pizza , you go and get comfy " she nodded I'm pretty sure she still remeber the place.

Jason's POV
What just happened. I punched the wall , then slid down the wall. Pulling at the ends of my hair in fustration. This only causing me to smoke more. Her last sentence repeated in my mind "Oh and we need a break " I guess that means we done. I sat there and kept smoking till I got high. Minutes later everything was getting blurry. Till I saw Kenny walking in and carrying me into my room. As well I could also type see a worried Rosalinda following behind. She has never seen me in this state before. Ofcourse for Kenny it's normal , he's professional and has delt with a lot of stuff. Bottom line he laid me down and I blacked out. Hitting a deep deep sleep.
Branden's POV
After we ate pizza I saw her yawn I chuckled " You tired !" She nodded cutely. Then let's get you to bed long rough day. She followed me upstairs. I thought she would go into the guess room but came into mine and laid in my bed. I mean who am I to say no. I slid in next to her. Tomorrow will be a nice day. I'll take her out to chill.
The next day I woke up to the smell of breakfast ofcourse she was cooking. She instantly smiled when she saw me. My food was all ready so I dug in. Man I missed her good cooking. " Oh V get dressed I'm taking you out " I said she smiled and nodded. After breakfast I went to go get dressed. I then say Nessa has posted something .

Make up for the day , but my mood when idk what to wear 🤔.

I swear she is a cutie. Anyway I continued to get dressed. I had everything ready in the trunk
Of my car. Minutes later Vanessa walked down.

I swear she never fails to impress. Man she was beautiful. Oh , we were matching with glasses may I add in😉. I guess I was staring a bit to much because she said " Hello , hello " and chuckled. I stuttered " U-uh um yea lets go ". We hopped in my car and started to drive. We then made it to this plain beautiful area. We got out the car and she looked at me confused. That's when I pulled out a blanket and picnic basket. She smiled. I temener how much she loved picnics , so why not. She squealed and clap her hands. Then started to pick the perfect spot. Once she picked it out we settled down and starts munching . I then saw her staring at something.  Shoot it was probably the ring . "
I like your chain" she said smirking. What I tell you.   " I- I " I stuttered " I know no where else to put it , but why wear it " she ask. Ugh that's it I have to tell her. " Vanessa I'm still in love with you always have been. When we ended. Damn that hurt. I didn't love her.  I put a ring on ur finger. Why , to spend my life with you I still love you and always will " she got closer to me and she leaned in.  I felt sparks , girly yet how I felt. I love her I really do. But ,  now who knows what she's feeling.  Deep down
I know she has feelings for me.
