"Babe, are you sure you're going to be alright? I don't want to leave you alone" Your loving boyfriend Liam questioned
You had woken up sick to your stomach that morning, your head was pounding, you had a fever but you felt cold, and you could keep any food down. Liam had a very important meeting to get to about one directions next album and there was no way you were going to make him miss it because of you.
"I'll be fine, you're only going to be gone for a couple hours and I'll probably just be asleep the whole time anyway, there is really no reason for you to stay" you said weekly as he just stared back at you guiltily
"I just feel bad that you have to be alone in your condition babe, I really think I should stay" he protested
"Go" you said as you grabbed his keys and jacket and softly nudged him toward the door
"I'll be home as soon as I can, and please text me if you need anything" he said looking you in the eye
"Okay' you said as he bent down and gave you a kiss on your forehead
"Bye, love you" he said before closing the door
"Love you too" you replied.
You waited until you heard the engine of his car start, and then when you couldn't hear it anymore you sighed. You were alone and you felt like crap. You really wanted Liam to stay but you knew this meeting was very important for the band and you didn't want to get in the way of that. You slowly walked over to your couch and plopped down, but within seconds you were up again and scurrying as fast as you could to the bathroom as the urge to throw up came upon you. When you were done, you felt lightheaded and weak. As you tried to take a step toward the bathroom door, your legs just gave out and you were on the cool tile floor of the bathroom. You slowly began to search your pockets for your cell phone to call Liam but then you remembered you had left it on the couch.
"You have got to be kidding me" you said out loud.
You had to call Liam because you were about to pass out any second. You slowly crawled out of the bathroom and towards the living room. You used the couch to help you get up and you leaned against it for balance. You grabbed your phone and quickly dialed Liams number. You felt weaker and weaker with each ring until finally he answered
"Hey babe, are you okay?" you faintly heard
Your breathing was rapid and Liam could hear it non the other end of the phone
"Y/N what's wrong!?" He asked frantically
"I...Need-" you didn't finish as you dropped the phone and your body followed, tumbling down with it, and darkness took over your mind
LIAM P.O.V
"I...Need-" was all I heard before there was a loud thump
"Y/N!" I screamed into the phone.
There was no response, and all the boys along with our management team were looking at me with a worried look
"Im so sorry lads but I have to go now" I said while frantically grabbing my jacket and sprinting out the door and to my car. The entire drive home my heart was beating fast. What if she hit her head? What if she is seriously injured? The possibilities were endless. As I pulled up to our shared flat I parked the car and ran to the door and unlocked it. As soon as I burst through the door all I see is the love of my life sprawled out on the ground with her phone next to her. She looked pale and her eyebrows were knitted together with a disturbed look.
"Y/N!" I yelled as I ran over to her and examined her. She felt sweaty, and her breathing was rapid. I felt her forehead and she was burning up. I carefully picked her up bridal style and laid her down on the couch. I then ran into the kitchen and got some icepacks out of the freezer and some aspirin, and a bottle of cold water. I put one ice pack on her forehead, one on her stomach, and one on the back of her neck. I had to bring her fever down quickly. Her breathing started to slow down a bit, and her eyes started to slowly open. When her beautiful eyes met mine, I was relieved.
"L-Liam?" she asked weakly
"I'm here baby, and I'm not going anywhere, I promise to never leave you again"
