Until The End (A Harry Potter FanFic)

Prologue

~Prologue~

A gust of wind blew through my window and blew my blanket off of my bed. The wind felt cold and winter like. I opened my sleepy and dreamy eyes as  a flash of light flashed in my eyes. My eyes then focused and the light was gone. I looked at my alarm clock as it turned 4:37 AM. I swung myself out of bed and walked over to my wardrobe. I opened it and grabbed a shaggy old t-shirt and a pair of ripped jeans.

I grabbed a hairband and put my hair in a ponytail. When I opened the door, a cat was sitting at the door with a letter in it's mouth. I grabbed the letter out of the sleeping cat's mouth and read who it was for. My eyes widened when I saw my name on the letter. I never get mail, why do I get mail now? I looked at who it was from. It said, "Hogwarts: School of Witchcraft and Wizardry" on it. 

I opened it and instantly bolted to my sister's room. I slammed the door open and ran to her bed. I jumped up and down on it causing her to wake up and push me off of her bed. "What do you want, brat!?" My sister yelled furiously. "Look!!!" I squealed as I shoved the letter in her face. She snatched it out of my hands and read it. "What's so cool about a fake letter Dawn?!" I widened my eyes in anger. "This isn't fake! This is a invitation to a school of magic!" I shouted as I ripped the letter out of her hands.

Then a loud crash came from down stairs. I ran to the end of the hall as I saw a big man with a moleskin coat and a pink umbrella was holding James, my sister's boyfriend/husband, by the throat up against the wall. "WHERE IS SHE?!" The man yelled at James as his grip grew tighter. "WHERE IS DAWN?!" He yelled again this time throwing James at the wall next to me. My eyes widened as the man noticed me. I hid behind my sister and the man pushed her out of the way which threw her into the wall knocking her out.

"P-please d-don't h-hurt m-me......" I said scared and in the corner of the hallway. "What're ya' talkin' about?" He said putting his hand out to help me up. "I'm 'ere to take ya' to Hogwarts of course." He said. I looked up and calmed down. I took his hand as he technically threw me up. "Follow me~." He said as he walked down stairs. I followed behind as he walked out of the house. "First, we're gonna go to Diagon Alley, then to Hogwarts. But, what good is a wizard without a wand right?" He asked as I was about to start. "That's the thing, I can use wandless magic."

 His eyes widened at the sound of my words. "Y-you know how to use..." "Yep!" I said cutting him off. "Well, still.... we need to get you a wand." He said as he got onto a motorcycle outside. "Hop on kid." He called out as he pointed at the seat behind him. I walked slowly towards the motorcycle before getting on. "C'mon kid, it's not gonna bite ya'" He said. I sat on the back of the cycle and gave the man a 'ready' look.

He began driving which didn't effect me. It was when we got 20 feet into the air that got me nauseous. "So.... what's your name?" I asked as we flew. "Wha?" He said not able to hear me. "What's your name?!" I said louder. "Oh, you can just call me Hagrid." He yelled loud enough I could hear him. We began landing as we drew closer and closer to the Leaky Cauldron. We got off the motorcycle and walked to the door of the Leaky Cauldron. I stood there waiting to face the wizard world and make friends, maybe...

Hope you guys like this. Sorry for not posting lately. I've been sick for a week or two and I went to a carnival in Kentucky. I thought about making a Harry Potter Fanfic and I finally made it!!!
