That moment when people will go through such lengths to know where you are from lol Some people are so insistent on knowing as if it will physically hurt them if you don't tell them. I get about 15 messages that end up looking exactly like this:
Person: Hi! Nice to meet you, where you from?
Me: Oh, hi! Nice to meet you too. I'm from San Diego, Ca.
Person: Cool, where are you really from?
Me: Uh, San Diego.
Person: Where were you originally from?
Me: San Diego. Born and raised ;)
Person: That's cool, but where are your parents from?
Me: ...San Diego?
Person: But where are your ancestors from? Like, where was your fifth grandfather born?
Me: *O.0*
