"Jared who the fuck is that?!"
"I don't know it sounds like Shannon" both me and Jared whispered to lessen the chance of anyone finding out we were here.
I can't have Shannon knowing what happen, I mean I told him everything was strictly professional and that I didn't want anything like that. It all just happened so damn fast. He's just so charming and gorgeous. I couldn't resist anymore. Plus Shannon had seemed like he liked me.
Jared hid under the bed and I calmly approached the door and I answered.
"Yeah, yeah what's up?"
"Have you seen Jared? I tried knocking on his door but he didn't answer"
"No, no I haven't actually. He's probably fine,
don't worry too much" I laughed in my thoughts.
Then I panicked, he started to walk into my room uninvited, Jared was hiding under the bed so I was scared shitless if he ended up coughing like in those movies I've watched.
"Well actually I wa-" he interrupted me
"I don't get Jared I'm sick of this he's so caught up in his looks, and he's always doing the same shit. Every time we go on tour he hooks up with girls unknowingly and disappears for the night,
And I gotta deal with his hangovers in the morning"
He rambled on about all the things Jared has done. My eyes widened, I didn't understand I mean he seemed as if he liked me. I don't know if this was just to make himself feel better or if he actually does like me.
JAREDS POV
This has got to be a joke, what is Shannon trying to do, get her to hate me so he can hook up with her. At first I thought well il get her to like me and that's that, but now I think of her all the time and her smile and her laugh and everything. I've hooked up with girls in my life, he's done the same, but to ramble on to a girl I like about my mistakes. Oh my when he finds out me and her are together I'm confronting him about this.
I kept as quite as I could until he left, but 10 straight minutes of the same shit, I nearly fell asleep down there.

"Alrighty well Shannon I hope you find him, he will come around"
"Yeah let's hope" he walked out angry and I shut the door behind him.
"Jared get the hell out of there"
"Look, I know you heard somethings from him" he whispered for the sake of Shannon coming in again.
"Yeah I've heard more than I had to, Jared I get it your a rockstar you do this often, the fuck and run sort of thing, I get it. I've said before this was strictly professional, but it's like I was blind of seeing what you were trying to do. I blame myself for it"
"No just listen you don't have to blame anyone. Look Shannon is saying things to make you hate me, I mean it's pretty fucking obvious. I have never taken an assistant to Paris, taken her to a nice restaurant and bought her a dress and heels. This isn't a hook up, you'll see along the way. Ive done this before, but it was usually just a hookup with those girls, Shannon's done it too. It's normal for him in fact. Its hard to stay in a relationship with someone when your constantly moving around, but after the week you've been with us in LA, I just can't take my mind off you. When you come to work my whole day just gets better, every day I'm hoping someone calls I pray you come see me so that we could talk. Just understand please I wouldn't of gone through all this effort for no reason. I want you, and to be with you. It's only been a week I know, but don't let it go like this"
I was shocked but still doubting him, I didn't really know how to respond or feel about what he said.
"Jared I know I just need time to think about being with you, and this job. It's just a lot at once"
"Yeah I understand" he came up to me and he put his hand under my chin and lifted my head up and he looked at me, there was barely any light but his eyes just lit up naturally. He kissed me and said
"goodnight, just know I did this for you"
He was going to walk out the door, and I sat on the bed watching him leave, and as he was about to shut the door he came back.
"I forgot to tell you, please meet me in my room tomorrow, I want to go over some other things with you"
