Dog city was like, heaven I guess. Penny walked with the blue healer. (Who's name is Ron) to the mountains. The mountains were covered in all different breeds of dogs, from Great Danes to teacup chihuahuas. The sky was blue, and there was a hotel. They followed Ron into the hotel, that had humans that could speak dog, lots and lots of beef.
" this place is incredible" Raffi said. So many dogs. They walked out and Ron said " If you want to be in this city then you have to join a pack."" The pack you choose is dependent on how you do things, and your size. They walked over to the chihuahuas who when they saw Raffi they bowled down. "Oh mighty chihuahua we thought you were only a Mith" one chihuahua said."What are you talking about? Raffi said "You haven't heard the legend of your great great great Grandad?" "No I haven't" Raffi replied
