My story. You want to know what my story is? I'm a beast of the night, a sixteen year old werewolf and I was destined to do great thing. I would have been great with some guidance but now my mom is dead and I have to figure this out on my own. My dada died when i was young and my mom passed away there. i was never close to my mom I never even told her a werewolf. I don't even know for sure my mom was a werewolf, we never talked about it but I know my dad wasn't so it would have had to of been my mom carrying the gene. Now I'm living with my other family, my uncle and my cousin Stiles. I'm confident here though, I can feel as though there's danger which I loved....
"Ok everyone Sky will be here soon, remember, be nice to her for me please-
"Are you talking about me cousin?" I came up behind Stiles hugging him in the school car park in front of his friends.
When Stiles realised it was me he started exclaiming happily and he lifted me up in tight a hug, cutting off my breathing. It had been years since I had seen Stiles, I used to see him every summer but things changed. He looked so different. One other person I knew was Scott McCall, Stiles and my best friend. I know him from the summers I would stay here and he was like my brother.
"Scott, a little help." I struggled in Stiles' grip.
Scott, the only over person except Stiles that I knew at this school convinced Stiles to put me down so then Scott himself could tackle me in a hug. Eventually I was hugged out and he let me go. It felt weird being here, at a new school in a new town.
"Sky, these are our friends and Jackson." Stiles told me obviously holding a grudge on 'Jackson'. "This is Lydia, Allison and Danny and then there's Jackson. Guys, this is my beautiful cousin Skylar."
"Nice to meet you guys." I smiled.
"So your his cousin, like in related to him?" Jackson asked me and I nodded. "But you're good looking."
"And as you can see, Jackson is charming." Allison said sarcastically and I chuckled. "Scott how do you know Skylar?"
"Well apart from her being Stiles' favourite cousin, I see her actually a lot." Scott told Allison. "She's my best friend, my sister."
"Ok guys so I have History first, anyone wanna show me to class?" I asked.
I looked at Stiles and he knew exactly what I was thinking. He sighed then bent down a little. I smiled then jumped on his back and he began to give me a piggy back to class. I loved Stiles, he was like my brother and he meant so much to me. He's the most important person in my life right now, him and my uncle.
Scott, Jackson and Allison joined us as we reached the class and Stiles dropped me. I sat behind Scott and Stiles sat across from me then Allison sat across from Scott and Jackson sat behind me. The bell rang but there was still no teacher in site.
"Who's the new girl?" My werewolf ears picked up on conversation across the room.
"She's that freak Stiles' cousin."
"She's related to the idiot? It's a good thing she's good looking."
I rolled my eyes.
"You know someone needs to teach Stiles and McCall a lesson, they're getting to high around here."
My fists tightened as my claws came out but I hid them. I was just being angry and way over protective.
"Cous, you ok?" Stiles asked and when I heard his voice, I calmed down.
"I'm fine." I smiled.
"We've got lacrosse practise after school, you can come." Stiles offered.
"You still play that stupid sport." I asked him.
"Playing isn't the word I would use for what Stiles does." Jackson chuckled.
"Jackson shut up." Stiles and I said at the same time.
"Weird." Jackson noticed. "You two are very alike."
Stiles and I smirked at each other and knuckle punched each other.
"Except for the fact Skylar is beautiful." Jackson said and Stiles' smirk fell.
"That's enough class, open up your books." The teacher entered the room.

"Stiles I'm freezing! And I hate lacrosse." I moaned taking my seat in the empty bleachers as Stile took to the field.
"Get my hoodie, it's in my bag." Stiles yelled back.
As they began practise I jumped down to the bench and over to Stiles' bag. I looked through it but saw no sign of his hoodie or anything that could keep me warm, he must have left it in the changing room. I ran my fingers through my hair and sighed but then a hoodie appeared in front of my eyes. I looked up from the blue hoodie and saw Jackson was the one offering it.
"Thanks." I smiled taking the hoodie.
"Don't mention it." He winked then ran out to the field.
I kept smiling as I threw Jackson's oversized hoodie on me and cuddled into it. I went to walk back to the bleachers but then I saw a man standing at the end of the bleachers, watching me. I walked over to him to see what he wanted. He was very good looking with black spiked hair and a very good body, he looked just in his early twenties.
"Can I help you?" I asked him being polite.
"Do I know you?" He asked me.
"No sorry, I just moved here, I'm Skylar Stilinski." I held my hand out for him to shake.
"Derek Hale." He shook my hand then looked out on the field. "So you're related to Stiles?"
"Yeah, first cousins but we're more like brother and sister." I smiled.
"I'll say." Derek said privately. "So why did you move here?"
"Well my dad, Stiles' uncle died years ago and my mom died there very recently." I told him even though he was a complete stranger.
The was something different about Derek Hale. I trusted him, I felt something between us and I knew that he felt it too. He was about to say something when we heard a yell on the field. We looked over and saw someone down. I even heard bones break. Worried, I ran over to the huddled group to see who it was. It was Scott! I bent down beside him like Stiles did and took his helmet off.
"Scott you have to get to a doctor." I said in a rush.
"Sky it's fine." Scott said.
He got up and began walking around to prove he was fine but I knew differently. I heard bones crack and now they're healed? Scott is hiding something from me, I know it.
"Play on." The coach said.
I couldn't get of the field quick enough and a lacrosse ball came flying towards me but I put my hands up and caught it just before it would have hit my face. I gripped the ball tightly until it staff to crumble into nothing in my hand. When it was nothing but tiny pieces I wiped it away. My eyes started to turn colour but I quickly looked away to protect myself. My eyes didn't turn gold like other werewolves, they turned full on purple. I looked back around the field and saw Derek had disappeared.
"I think practise is over boys." Coach said looking down at the remains of the ball. "You can all get off now."
All the boys walked off but Stiles and Scott made there way into the changing room and I followed them. Scott had just taken his shirt off when stormed over to him, growing my claws. I slashed his chest with my claws and he jumped back but remained calm.
"Skylar your a....
I ignored Stiles as I watched Scott's wound heal. I knew it, Scott was like me, a werewolf. I couldn't except that so I shook my head and ran away from them.
