"So how do you know he's here?" Peter asked me as we stood before Derek's house.
"I guess." I lied.
"Skylar I'm not taking another step until you tell me the truth." Peter said stubbornly.
I sighed looked at the stubborn alpha. We were here to rescue Derek, at the same place from my vision. That's what I didn't want to tell Peter about, my vision but maybe he cold help me.
"You can't tell anyone but I had a vision." I told Peter in a hushed voice. "I don't know what it means, if it's an alpha trait or something but you really can't tell anyone."
"Visions aren't alpha traits. You're something else." Peter told me.
"What?" I asked him.
"I don't think I should tell you, you know what they say about people with too much power." Peter smirked.
"Let's just get Derek." I sighed.
I walked on inside the house but as soon as I stepped in rope caught under my foot and I was sent flying upside down, hanging my trapped leg. Peter came up to me smirking. The blood was rushing to my head as I flapped my arms about.
"Get me out of this." I moaned.
Peter laughed then grew his claws and slashed the rope. I fell on my head and groaned. Peter helped me up, laughing.
"Idiot." Peter laughed and walked on.
I caught up with Peter as we went down to the basement. I went through the door first and stumbled into the room where I had been before. This was the right place. I saw Derek tied up looking really weak. The room was empty so I walked into the middle of it. Derek heard me and looked up.
"Sky, run!" Derek hissed.
I looked around me and saw men walking towards me. They all circled me, all ten of them. I grew my claws but then I was shot in the shoulder. It didn't really bother me but then I was shot four more times and that's when it started to hurt.
The hunters watched me as I pulled all five bullets out of my skin and then it healed.
"My turn." I smirked.
I ran up to the one that shot me and broke his arm. Then they all started running towards me. I fought everyone that tried to touch me and I was definitely winning until one of them pulled out a knife and put it to Derek's throat. I stopped fighting while the rest of the men tried to get to their feet again. This changed everything.
"Back down dog or he's dead." The one with the knife on Derek said.
I growled then returned to my normal form. Two men grabbed my arms, restraining me. They handcuffed my hands behind a wooden plank attached to the woodwork so I couldn't get out. I looked at Derek then at the door to see where Peter was but he was gone... He left me!
The leader came up to me with the knife he threatened Derek with and held t against my throat. He dug it into my neck, drawing blood causing my eyes to change colour.
"Purple? That's different." He stated.
"She's red in her eyes." Another one noticed.
"Could she be an alpha?"
"No we weren't told about her being an alpha." The lead man said. "What are you girl?!"
"I'm your worst nightmare! I'm a true alpha." I smirked.
The lead went to slice my throat when someone ripped his out instead. The body fell before me and my saviour? Well that was Peter. He smiled at me before going to kill the others. The two that restrained me looked at me. I smirked at then, showing them my now free hands then smashing their heads together. It was easy getting out of the cuffs. Now as Peter killed all the men, I ran to Derek to free him. I untied him and he fell on top of me. I caught him in my arms and supported him. Derek killed every single man, even the ones that I had knocked out, he made sure they were dead. I didn't want him to kill anyone but he obviously wanted blood.
