The limit in a cover contest should be equal to........uhhhh..... 140 or 150 because covers should be explained well at the most 52. Or you can go a little below it.
In short quiz or horoscopes, keep it small so that people could scroll and read all of it.

If you're writing a sequel, 15 chapters would be enough, plenty.
