Got lots done today. Brock fell over. Made it through the forest. Entered the city. Found a huge hospital. Heard about a pack of feral Mightyena in the forest. Apparently they attacked two people and a Pokémon last night. I hope they're okay. Still no sign of Team Rocket.
Jessie's Pov
I feel James' hand grip mine even more and I hear him, very slowly and quietly say, "I love you too." He smiles at me and I hear Meowth run over and give him a big hug. After Meowth has got off the bed and left the room to let us talk, I ask what happened.
"When the Mightyena pounced, I don't really know. All I remember was leaping in front of it to protect you. I hurt it so it ran away but it hurt me too much. I don't really remember what happened after that apart from you singing."
"So I brought you back?" I ask.
"No. My eternal love for you is what brought me back. I couldn't stand the thought of being without you."
"That's so sweet." I say.
Suddenly there is a knock at the door.
