The new day

Ok so I made some changes since this first came out. I've change the name and added more story to it. And I don't Own maze runner or any characters but Ashley. So enjoy!!!- Statdust

  The sun was shining bright in the Glade as I ran back into it from the maze with Minho. I have been in this Maze for over three years, I was the second to come up in that box, and every day since then I've been wishing me and Minho can find a way out of this hell hole. Oh, I almost forgot! My name is Ashley, I don't remember my last name. To be honest I don't remember much. As we finally stepped foot into the Glade I seen Newt leaning on the tree nearest to the door. Once he saw me he ran up to me and wrapped me in his arms. I gladly expected and hugged him back. "I was getting so scared that you wouldn't come back." He says quietly to me. I chuckled and said. "I promised you that I would always come back now didn't I." He just laughed and pulled me closer. Breaking the moment an alarm went off....'the greenie alarm' I thought. As we all races to the box I was in front with Minho on my tail and Newt behind us."Shuck why does she always has to run?" Newt said and Minho laughed. I just rolled my eyes and keep running. When I got there the whole Glade was in a big circle around the box. I pushed my way through the crowd to find Alby at the front. "Hey Alby, how it going in the Glade?" I asked
"Oh hey Ash, everything seem to be fine for all I know. How was the maze find anything new?"
"No just the same old same old." he was about to say something but was off by the box. Alby and Newt opened the doors and I jumped down to look at a rather fine looking boy, he had brown hair and brown eyes. "Hey greenie welcome to the Glade." I said as I stuck out my hand to help him out his eye widen in fear and he back up against the back of the box, I laughed and said. "I'm not gonna bite love, unless ya want me to." I teased with a wink and he relaxed a bit and took my hand. I help him out of the box and he looked around taking it all in. Poor boy, no body should have to be put through this hell. "Ashley!" Someone shouted making me jump. I look up and saw the greenie running. Great another chase, I took off after the boy and in a matter of seconds I was on his tail. I pounced on him taking him to the ground. Unlucky his face hit the dirt first. "GET OFF OF ME!" He screeched, "Calm greenie, calm everything gonna be all right." I said in a smooth voice he quiet down but still tried to get out of my grip. "We got him Ash." Minho and Newt said behind me. I got off the greenie and walked away, to Frypan for dinner.
At dinner the greenie and church decided to sit by me, Newt, and Minho , he seems nice but asked so many questions. After dinner I decided to walked around the deadheads to the my treehouse. I built it myself, that was one of my original jobs, along with runner and slicer. That was until Winston and Gally came and took the jobs away. But I kept runner cause 1. No one wanted to be a runner. 2. I wasn't letting anyone taking my favorite job. Sure it is dangerous but who doesn't like to take risks, it's the fun part of life. As I continue to walk deeper into the woods I heard a branch snap behind me. I quickly shoot my head around to see nothing. It was all peaceful and quiet..... too quiet. Then I heard it again but closer. And closer until....
