Lucky is the soul you've learned to wait
Could be a stranger, a neighbor
Whom you know across the street
One day, you hope he'll come
To save and help you
Face your demons
light the dark
side of
life
Lucky is the hand you've learned to hold
One that catches you whenever
You fall, it'll never let go
In times that you're down
It is there to show
Make you smile, and
Cast a spell
Just for
You
Lucky is the mind you've learned to read
When words are not needed to say
One look, one smile, and you know
Whats the lie and the truth
Which sets you at ease
Complacent,
peaceful,
true.
Lucky is the heart you've learned to love
In every pump it shows there's life
One that beats with yours as one
Both good times and the bad
It'll stay beside you
No matter what
A lover, and
A friend
Him.
