"You are going where?" My friend Milly says confused. I roll my eyes.
"I've told you two million times, this afternoon I'm leaving to go to a different school for three years" of course I can't tell her where I'm actually going. She looks at me sadly.
"But what am I gonna do without my only Bestfriend?" Milly drops her bottom lip and pulls a really sad face.
"I don't know, I'll message you when I can tho" I reply sadly as well. Milly and I are in our own little group, when it's just us two. We don't have to worry about anyone else. I feel kinda bad about leaving her. But she is so pretty with her perfect wavy red hair and her amazing brown eyes, the popular people love her. I'll be surprised if she's still my friend by the time I return home. Milly and I have been friends since kinder she was my first friend so i am going to miss her dearly.
I see a little tear trickle down Milly's face. I pull her into a big hug "don't worry I'm not going to forget about you, I promise. I'll even bring you back something" Milly lifts her head and looks at me and gives me a watery smile.
"Pinky promise" she whispers like a little kid while holding out her pinky.
"Pinky promise" I latch my pinky with hers. Then she starts to cry more and then a few tears start to run down my face. I knew we were getting weird looks from passing students. But they wouldn't understand.
"Can Chloe Harper, please make her way towards the main office. Chloe Harper. Thank you" Milly and I part from our long meaningful hug.
"I guess I'll see you in three years." I say sadly. Milly nods while her head is still on my shoulder.
"I guess so, text me every night" I nod we both pull apart. Her eyes are puffy and the look on her face tells me she is going to miss me. I clearly know I'm going to miss her too.
I slowly walk away. With my bag full of everything from my locker. As I walk down the hall way I get many different types of stares most of them, are confused. I walk to the front office and see a tall figure standing there.
"Hey Daddy" I say to my father, he turns around and smiles sadly at me.
"Hi pumpkin, you ready to go?" I sigh but nod my head anyways.
"Let's do this"
[2 hours later]
"Are you sure you can't come with me dad?" I say sadly as I stand at the airport with my carry on luggage. My dad gives me a watery smile.
"I'm sorry pumpkin, not this time. I'll call you every night" I nod sadly. I am now going to be traveling from New York City all the way to Australia. Somewhere in Alice springs To a school in the middle of no where. How am I going to get there I don't know.
"Where do I go after I've reached the airport in Alice springs?" I ask, my father kisses my forehead.
"There will be someone there with your last name on a board, I've already called. I'm so proud of you" my eyes start to get watery.
"I better get going. I love you Daddy" I give him a big hug and kiss his cheek. He hugs me back tighter.
"I love you too pumpkin"
[25 hours later]
I wake up with a large pain, running from my neck to my tail bone. I roll over the pain starts to sting.
"Ow!" I scream out. I hear rushing come towards the room I'm in.
"Miss Harper, are you okay?" A rushed male voice says, wait what?
