I really wish more people realized this. Some people just tease and bully just for kicks. Then one day the person that you've bullied and called names and the person you once told to die doesn't come to school for a few days. Rumors start floating around that they killed themselves and you read their obituary and you realize why they did it. All those times you called them names, all the times you made fun of those strange scars come rushing back to you and realize whta you have done. You realize that this person you used to tease just for fun gave in to it. You've won. But are you happy?
You see their family through a window, tears streaming down the fathers cheeks, the mother clutching her heart, gasping for air, the younger sister in the doorway not sure why mommy is so sad and not sure where her sibling went. You realize that you did so much harm; you've broken a family, you've caused pain and saddness that will only dull but never go away, and you've caused someone to kill themselves. you've killed them.
How do you feel to know that your "hobby" has ended someone?
