Charlie's P.O.V
*BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, BEEP*
"He's waking up." I think that was my Mum.
"How the hell did this happen?" She said again.
"He got in the middle of a fight in school." I heard Jamie say.
"Mum? Jamie?" I mumbled.
"Are you okay?" Jamie said.
"Of course he's not okay he's in a hospital bed." I guess Kate's here too.
"Mum I want to go home, you know I don't like hospitals." I said looking around the room.
"I know you don't son but you hurt that head of yours pretty badly." She said moving closer to me.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
The door then opened and the Doctor walked in. "How do you feel Charlie?" He said approaching the bed.
"Like I just got hit by a bus." I said laughing.
"Nope sorry that was just me and the lockers." Jamie said lifting his hand. "Sorry." He apologised.
"No need to apologise." I said smiling at him.
"We done some tests when you were sleeping, brain scans and that for precaution." The doctor said looking at me and my mother.
"I have the results here, can I talk to you in private." He said.
"Jamie and Kate can you's leave for a minute you's can come back in after." My mum said weakly smiling at them. Jamie looked a little worried I could tell he didn't wanna leave.
"It's okay Jamie, I'll be fine." I said reassuring him.
"Okay we'll just be outside." He said walking out with Kate. When the door shut the Doctor pulled over a chair and sat down facing us.
"I know you've been in Hospital a lot before, but I do have some bad news." The Doctor said looking at me and my Mom. When he said them words I knew what he was talking about my Mom broke down in tears and I held mine back.
10minutes later the Doctor left the room and before Jamie and Kate came back in I turned to my Mom and said "I don't want them to know, don't tell them, okay?" I said smiling weakly at her.
"Are you sure?" She said
"Yeah I'm sure." I said giving my Mom a hug.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
"Can we come back in?" Kate said.
"Yeah come in." I shouted. They walked back in and sat down.
"So is everything okay?" Jamie said touching my hand.
"Yeah everything was okay, I can leave tomorrow." I said smiling back at him. If only he knew.
