Chapter 35

-Adriana's POV-

In the middle of the night, I grabbed a blanket and just sat outside looking at the stars. I only had one glass of champagne, I'm not that type to get so drunk. But my day already started, I already took a shower, brushed my teeth, and did my makeup. I'm picking out my outfit for today which is a baby pink maxi skirt, a gray crop top, with some sandals. I put on my sunglasses and grabbed my purse with my phone inside.

I walked out of the room and heard no noise what so ever. I thought he would have come home by now. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a granola bar. I ate that and soon was finished because I wasn't as hungry. I walked upstairs to the camera room and grabbed all the invitations. I'm going to drop these off at the postal service right now.

I got into the Audi and drove to the post office. I dropped them off and was on my way to somewhere else other than home. I suddenly get a text from Jack G.

J.Gilinsky: Morning Adri, want to meet up for breakfast?
Adriana : Sure, where though?
J.Gilinsky: IHOP if that's cool.
Adriana: Yeah that's fine.
J.Gilinsky: Ok, meet you there in 2 minutes, I'm turning the corner to enter the parking lot.
Adriana: Alright, I'll be there in five minutes.

I set my phone down and continued driving. Soon I arrived at IHOP and Jack was sitting outside on the bench. I got out of the car and walked towards him, then my phone went off. I looked down and it was Matthew who was texting me.

Matthew: Hey where are you? I came into the room and you aren't here.
Adriana: Don't worry.
Matthew: Adriana, you are being so pathetic right now.
Adriana: Oh I'm being pathetic, says the one who didn't come home last night. I'm so close to calling this wedding off, watch it Espinosa. You are the one who has to look for me now because you called me pathetic.

"Hey Jack, how are you?" I asked hugging him.

"Good and you? You seemed sad a little while ago." He said

"I'm ok, Matthew just called me pathetic for telling him to not worry where I was."

"He's the one being pathetic. He was all over some girl last night."

"See, I'm so close to calling this wedding off Jack."

"Last night he called Johnson and said if he wanted to meet him at the club."

"That's nice, I'm wish I could go out with my friends tonight, but I'm leaving tonight to the next city for WWE."

"You can always change your flight to tomorrow and we can go out, invite Skate,Sammy, some other people. "

"I'll change it for tomorrow morning at 7." I said

"Hi welcome to IHOP, table for two?" The lady asked.

"Yes." Jack said.

The lady sat us down and we ordered orange juice while looking through the menu.

"I just changed my flight for tomorrow morning, so we can party a little tonight. I'm not drinking because there has to be someone who has to drive."

"Nah, that's what Ubers are for. We'll party."

I giggled and we started to order what we wanted to eat. I suddenly get a phone call from Matthew, what could he possibly want after telling me that I was pathetic.

Adriana: What could you possibly need?
Matthew: You were right, I shouldn't have called you pathetic in the first place. Can we just talk over things? Please?
Adriana: I'm busy, I'm at a meeting, bye.
