A New Season

     "Come on Louis your going to be late for school. " that was his mom shouting from the kitchen. Louis sighed as his summer vacation could now be considered over.Louis had been attending Loreto High School ever since he and his family moved to Manchester in England since 2015."It's about time that you got up sleepy head."said his mom."How do you feel about starting your second year of high school?" "I have mixed feelings about it, I'm excited but at the same time I'm not because there will be more students coming in and that means more competition for the soccer tryouts."explained Louis."Your always worring about the soccer tryouts."said Mary with a giggle. His mom knew how much football meant to him and how heartbroken he was when they moved to England."You should get going you're going to be late"exclaimed Mary as she handed him his weekly allowance. She dropped him of at school even though he preffers to walk. Once entering he recieved his schedule for the first semester. "Whats up bro." exclaimed Kevin as he shook hands while their other friend Deshown arrived. Kevin and Deshown had been friends with Louis since freshman year.Kevin supported Manchester United and Real Madrid.Deshown preferred basketball and liked the Cleveland Cavaliers."Aye, what class
do you guys have?" asked Deshown. "I've got Fierros."said Kevin, "I got Wakefield"exclaimed Deshown. "I have Orellana" said Louis. "Oh, so you'll be in the same class with the new girl"said Deshown with a cheeky smirk."What new girl?"asked Louis,who seemed very confused."Ok,there is a new girl named Monica coming to our school and she is in your class and by the way, there is a rumor that she is a football fan." explained Deshown.Kevin then added"You might be lucky if she likes Arsenal or Barcelona,like you"."Why do you say that?"asked Louis. "Because one, we live in Manchester so she will probably like Manchester City or Manchester United, and two the real rivalry in Spain is now Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid".Jayleen then came along and greeted them"Hey you guys".Jayleen had also come from Los Angeles with her family. She started hanging out with them when she, Kevin, and Louis were put in a group project."Have you guys met that new girl yet?"asked Jayleen."No,but he will soon."exclaimed Kevin"You guys just love banging on about this don't you." said Louis. Then the bell rang indicating the start of class.Kevin then turned to his group  of friends and said"Well we better go to class, oh Louis do you know who else is in your class.""who"asked Louis.Kevin then stated "Cynthia Melchor"."The girl who doesnt like people"asked Deshown.Louis decided to just go to class so they would stop banging on about who else was in his class."Good morning students,I am Ms.Orellana"said the teacher"If you look to the back of the class you will find your assigned seat"."Assigned seats on the first day,well I might as well get it over with."Louis thought.He looked over to see who his partner was and was a bit shockedas it was Monica Mojica who would be his partner."Well I guess I will get to know Monica a bit more than I would have bargained for".
