Nowhere

The Journey Continues

Early in the morning we set off to travel north. We were told that there are plenty of soldiers that is waiting for us in Klhom, a small village. We were expected to arrive noon. When we get there, our face turned pale. We cannot tell if this was a village or a graveyard. It was clearly a massacre, dead bodies along the way. We searched for a survivor and fortunately we found one.

*The survivor's point of view:

It was a sunny day, lots of people were excited as it was the harvest day. Many of us are farmers and many are willing to fight for our country. It was planned that after the harvest day, the military will come to our village and recruit some members. While the farmers were busy harvesting their crops, a huge pack of orcs attacked our village. They slain every human that they saw. Luckily, I was clever enough to play dead. I put a lot of blood all over me and try not to breath aloud. After a couple of hours, the orcs were gone and I stroll around the village and cry. I want to go to the neares town to seek help but I was too weak and too hungry. Three days of not having a meals and having a bad dreams. Good thing the military were here to save me.

*Back to John's point of view:

The medical team took care of the survivor. It was a clear devastating of what the orcs did. It was clear that orcs are now everywhere, there was no power that can stand against them. It lits the fire in our heart, we must fight back.

Suddenly, the sky turns black and started to rain. Even the Lydth cannot stop the storm. We sheltered in some kind of a town hall. No one speaks that time. It was all quiet, and everyone is mourning. Early in the morning, we continue our journey. We came across an ocean that we never saw before. 

"It must be Malice, the storm last night resulted on this." Captain Sora said. 

There was no way around, so we gather sone resources and start building a boat. We need a 5 huge boat for the soldiers and us. After 3 days the boats were finished and we set sail.

The sea breeze is cold. We don't know what creatures were living in this ocean. It looks ordinary ocean to me. Stella and I were having a conversation to past time. We were at the side of the ship and spend a good time. She suddenly punched me and I don't know why. 

"That's for seeing me in the falls." She said. 

"Sorry." I replied 

"It's okay, you did not saw my body right?" She added.

I said yes to ease her mind. She leans her head at my shoulder and I hold her hand. Now I know that I was in love with her. Every time that I'm with her some butterflies came to my stomach and every time that I am not with her, I wish that I was with her.
