"MUM STOP!" I yelled but it was to late she had already pulled the trigger I guess this is my last day alive. I felt the pain rush through my leg I yelped in pain. "Bye-bye sweetheart I hope you burn in hell!" I felt the tears come down my cheeks.
"Maddie!" I heard my brother Jake yell. "Take one step closer and you'll die too!" she pointed the gun up at him. he took a step closer to me, she pulled the trigger but nothing came out. "dammit!!" she went over to the drawer and pulled a pack out bullets but they all fell to the floor. My brother was 3 years older then me He was 19. he picked me up and opened the door and saw a car he waved one of his hands and the car saw him. them person took us to the nearest hospital she said that she was on a vacation. If my brother told her about mum she would surely kill him.
"Maddie stay with me please!" He walked in and some of the nurses saw the blood and put me in a bed and that's when it all went dark.

I woke up and I saw that I was in a hospital bed. I looked to my right and saw no one, then I looked to my left and saw my mum. "Hello sweetie. He saved you this time now he cant save no ANYmore." My eyes widened. "What did you do to him?!" I said while anger rushed through. She got up and came closer to me. "You don't need to know that." She said. "The doctor said you could go home today." My eyes widened again. "No Im not going to that place again." I said. "Well you're going to have to live with it!" She said.
A while later I was back at home . I didnt want to be there but I had to. "Maddie get down here and make me some food!" she yelled.
I went downstairsd and made her some soup. "Maddie I want you to go up to your room and stay there and dont disturb me because if i hear a little peep I swear to God.."
"I know mum I wont make a sound." I went upstairs and locked my self in my room. Actually it wasnt really a room it really just looked like a big closet. It only had a bed a chair and a desk. Nothing else and well my clothes they where just all over the place i also had one bag buth that was it i got a book earlier that year from my brother that he appearanly found it on the street. He had his little escapes it was from another room he had only gotten out once and one time he tried to leave but mother could hear footsteps in his room or in the hall. My rom on the other hand was accross but it wasnt that easy we had alarms. that if you opened one door it would go off and mum would surely I would get caught. I can try tonight though.
I took a nap for a while then i woke up and it was sunset ihad been only in the hospital for a day. I got up. Mum should be asleep by now. I packed my clothes in the bag that I had and quietly went downstairs opened the refridgerator and grabbed some food in case i make it out of here i dont have to starve myself. I got 3 water bottles. I went back upstairs and checked the alarm box. Shit the alarms were on. WAit slow down didnt Jake go through the from door? Yes! i bet mum didnt lock it. i went back downstairs and opened the front door thankfully it was unlocked.
i closed the door but ended with a slam! I cussed undre my breath i climbed in a trr careful not to hurt my leg because it was still hurting. Right as i climbed in the tree I saw the porch light come on.
We didnt have any neighbors we lived in the middle of no where basically it was a really long road. "MADDIE WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!!!" i heard mum yell. I stayed quiet knowing that if i broke one branch she would know where i was.
" ALRIGHT WE CAN PLAY THAT GAME! YOU HIDE AND I COME FIND YOU AND KILL YOU!" i heard her go back inside she left the flashlight our so i quickly limped my way over there and grabbed it. I started speed walking knowing that she would probably come out in her car looking for me.
