Fool in Love

Carters P.O.V.

"I don't care for taking down the temple I don't see a problem with the Carpathians they haven't done anything to us so why-" I was in the middle of proving a point to the Transylvanian society when I was cut off by my Father, Andrew Van Hailsen.

"That is enough Carter we are not backing down, Fellow men I must let you know that we have things to fulfill as a society we must rid those that are against god, the ANIMALS that DON'T belong here." he yells out to the men. We are in the middle of the village in the church where we usually met. The meetings are always about the Carpathians and how to end them. I personally see no point in harming them, the seem like a quiet village the two villages haven't had a problem that is extreme since their new heir Anthoniana toke the throne. I hadn't notice that the meeting was over until my friend Joe came in next to me tapping my shoulder snapping me out of my thoughts

"You ready to get something to eat?" he asked

"Uh yeah, lets go" I replied grabbing my coat and walking out.

Me and Joe walked out and my god in front of me was the most beautiful European woman I have ever seen in my life. Anthoniana Leon the heir to the Carpathian throne and a beauty, every time I see her my blood runs hot and my heart pounds faster than anything i have ever known and I dont know why but something about her eyes just...

"Good evening Lady Anthoniana, an.. an..and.. uh... S..Sue" I hear Joe say I can tell he is nervous, Joe is like me he doesn't want to fight with the Carpathians but he is also open minded as I am, and secretly he is in a relationship with Anthoniana's village mate named Sue. Joe and Sue have secretly been dating for about a year or so only I and Anthoniana know. I bow to her and Sue before walking away with Anthoniana leaving Joe and Sue together.

"So, Lady Anthoniana what brings you into the Transylvanian village my dear?"I ask her trying to keep my cool around her. I notice her quietly laugh and turned to look behind her towards Sue and smile before saying

"I came for Sue, she was begging me to bring her to see Joe after she heard what time the meeting was to end." she replied.

"Oh I see." I said. before i knew it we were at the end of the forest  and at the beginning of the Carpathian village as I turn to her and bow my goodbyes to her.

"Goodbye, I hope to see you soon"I said and next thing i know she leans over and kisses me on my cheek before running off but not before I get one last look at her eyes as she leaves. Something about those eyes..
