Narrator's POV

With both Apink and BTS getting more popular, neither groups have too much time to rest or have freedom to themselves.

But Naeun and Jimin will of course try to make time for each other. Well not just time for them but they try to fit some time for their family as well as their fans.

Year 2017

February 13, BTS came back with a new song as a continuous of their wings trilogy but only the members, knew the real reason for the song was.

It was a song for someone important and through the song he made it as a valentine confession to the girl he likes. He as in Park Jimin, girl as in Son Naeun.

It actually all started when Apink's Namjoo came to BTS concert in Seoul along with her unnie, Naeun.

Even way before that though, Jimin had already fallen in love with Naeun. I guess that's why he usually can't look her in the eye when she greets him.

So after their concert in Seoul, Jimin asked Naeun for her number and though Naeun is usually not good with people she just isn't close to, it was really surprising that she gave her number to Jimin. And from then on Naeun and Jimin got to more of each other like for example their likes and dislikes.

And now Jimin was going to use this chance to ask Naeun to ask her out as his girlfriend.

But of course Jimin hopes that she will say yes.

Naeun's POV

On the night of February 12 on my way back to apink's dorm, my phone suddenly dinged.

I checked to see who messaged me and it was no other than BTS Jimin.

Though I have started liking Jimin, I couldn't bring myself to say it so I just keep on lying to myself.

Naeun sunbae please listen to BTS new song when it comes out at Midnight!

I wondered why? What was special about their new song?

Even though I thought like that, I still waited till midnight came.

I listened to it and suddenly for some reason the story in their new song seems to be familiar.

That's when I realised it wasn't familiar but it was written so that it fits into their wings trilogy but also as a confession song.

All night, I couldn't sleep.

I tossed and turned yet I still couldn't fall asleep.

So I basically listened to the song over and over again.

Hayoung, who I shared the room with doesn't know that I didn't sleep but was on my phone all since midnight.

I quite regret the choice I made cuz we had a flight to Japan and a MV filming + concert rehearsals.

Jimin's POV

My group was going to perform our new song for the first time on music bank but I've been anxious all this time.

Not that I'm nervous going on stage and performing but about Naeun sunbae.

She hasn't texted me back...

I know that I can't call her right now since she's busy in Japan but its not like I can call her at the moment as well since BTS's schedule is fully packed.

Ahh... the sacrifices an idol has to make.

Naeun's POV

ever since I arrived in Japan, I could not stay in one place.

I seemed to become more anxious as time passes as well but maybe that's just cuz Jimin hasn't messaged or contact me since.

Also I know I cant contact him since he's so busy but oh well.

After a few minutes of me debating whether I should contact him or just wait until he contacts me instead; the directors calls all apink members to discuss about the Japanese mv filming.

10PM

By night time I did not have enough energy to stay awake so when we finished with the mv filming for the day, we went back to the hotel and got a rest.

But before I could sleep my kakaotalk ringed and I checked whose message it was and finally Jimin messaged me. He was worrying me with not calling since midnight.

To: Naeun

From: Jimin

Subject: Sorry

Naeun-ah sorry for not calling or messaging but I thought that you were really busy and I don't want to interrupt so I wanted to call at night time instead but I'm sorry if I'm also interrupting your rest.

Also what did you think of our new song?

Jimin's POV

Did I interrupt her sleep?

Is she mad at me?

Did she listen to the song?

Ughhh!!!! why am I such an idiot. Why did I tell her to listen to the song at midnight!!! She must be tired!!! And of course here I am interrupting her rest. Again!!!

Whilst the negative thoughts kept oncoming, suddenly the ring of kakaotalk rung and I immediately pushed my negative thoughts aside and checked the message.

From: Naeun

Subject: Sorry

Jimin-ah your new song was beautiful and lovely and I definitely fell in love with the melody. A job well done to you and your group members.

Also I'm also sorry for not messaging or calling you as well cuz I just thought you were really busy and I might just be interrupting.

Ahhh... Like I am now.

Sorry. You must be tired.

I am very very very sorry to all my readers who have been waiting so long for this chapter or just a casual update on Naeun Oneshots.

I have to admit I did have a it of free time but I just couldn't put my imaginations into writing.

I was actually meant to finish and publish this chapter on Naeun's birthday or on the day BTS released Spring Day.
