Celina and Martino's love

scene one

Scene one is about Celina and Martino. they’re walking through their neighborhood to get to school now Celina is so excited about Josephina coming to Tuscany Italy to live THERE EVEN though she doesn’t even know her.

Martino seems a little jealous about Celina being so excited about this “josephina” coming.

Celina- hey Martino!

Martino- what sup?

Celina- have you heard there’s going to be a new girl named Josephina coming today.

Martino- really?

Celina- yeah, she mixed too and she was born in Brazil isn’t that just awesome?

Martino- yeah I guess so, but why did she come here all the way to Italy? And how do you know so much about this “Josephina”?

Celina- you know how my father owns that one company up in Aosta, Italy? Well her dad Jose is working for the company, he was transferred like last…. uhhhh…. let me think…OH! It was Last week.

Martino- so have you two talked at all?

Celina- Nope, not all.

Martino- so are you going to continue playing soccer? (Changing subject)

Celina- I think I might stop I don’t really know right now. It’s a Decision I got to think about. Y’know after what I did to her

Martino- Okay so you got kicked out of soccer for almost killing a girl by giving her a concussion and you’re a awesome soccer player… Who cares?

Celina- Martino! Have you forgotten? I’m still suspended from Soccer, like I can’t playuntil I’m at least until im 17! I’m only fifteen right now; I can’t join any team until my suspension is up did you not remember that? I wish I were like you where I don’t have to worry about anything.

Martino- Oh yes I do! I got to worry about keeping my scholarship to the very expensive college in Naples, Italy. And don’t forget that I got to watch over my mom who middle names seem to be Drugs and Jail. Plus I got to watch you.

Celina- what do you mean you got to watch over me? And you got a much easier life that mines besides the mom part. Remember my Dad doesn’t be home for Months, if he is its for the Holidays. Sometimes I lay awake at night wondering if he is going to be home or is he going to not be here for Christmas. It has been Nine years since I moved here and I have not spent my Birthday with him at all since I was five years old.

Martino- I know and I wish mines were still here. Remember he walked out on my brother and me I was six and Ricarda was Ten. Now Ricarda is having a better life than mines.

 Celina- isn’t that why you stay with me?

Martino- yeah I guess so… But at least she writes letters to me, and the last one said he would be here on my Birthday.

Celina- Oh! That’s just awesome!

Martino- I know! Oh were at School.

Celina- cool lets go in.

Martino- Wait lets not go in yet….i have something to tell you.

Celina-What?

Martino-Well I don’t wanna go today and you know me-

Celina-What did you do now stupid?

Martino- I kinda well…..let the rats loose

Celina-YOU DID WHAT?! OH MY GOD?! HOW OLD IS YOU?!

Martino- well 16

Celina- oh my god you stupid idiot

Martino- please don’t be mad

Celina-Mad?! Man I’m freaking pissed!

Martino- Why?!

Celina- Ughhhh what if Ange-

Martino-Of course Angelo your stupid crush

[Martino walks faster]

Celina- Whats the big deal?!

Martino- You! You’re the big deal always Angelo this Angelo that….god don’t you got anything better to talk about?

Celina- Well um I gotta go somewhere because if I walk into school now I would get in trouble

Martino-Whatever

[Martino walks separately from you and you go the same route, you hear a crash and you hear a scream. When you turn around it was like slow motion and Martino got hit by a car.]

Celina- MARTINO!

[You run over and hold Mario by his head as he is fading in and out]

Celina-Please don’t leave me! Martino please!

Martino: [Weakly] It’s going to be alright Celi, I got something to tell you though

Celina-If it is about those damn rats-

Martino- No, Celi, I love you

[Martino’s head falls back and you know he is dead and you are crying and the officers come]

Celina-MARTINO! NO! PLEASE!

[Officer pulls you off and eventually you sit on the sidewalk crying until one officer comes over and gives you a heart shaped paper and it has writing on it you read it aloud to yourself]

Celina- I was just playing about the rats…I just wanted to spend time with you….if something happens to where we couldn’t of been able to spend the day together just know. I love you more than a friend….stupid I know…..love M
