Chapter 6:
After talking with Liam about the... interesting date, we ended up finishing our homework and then falling asleep watching movies.
Of course when we woke up it wasnt awkward, me and Liam had done this many times before.
The alarm went off and I awoke suddenly feeling trapped. I looked down to notice Liam had caged me in his arms. I carefully turned around and looked at him for a second before I began tickling him.
He of course, reacted the way I thought he would and fell off the bed.
"Gwen" He exclaimed. I looked down at him trying to fight back the giggles trying to escape.
He suddenly looked mischevious and got up whispering, "You better run!".
I quickly dashed out of my room but slipped in my socks. I closed my eyes waiting for the impact when I felt Liam catch me.
As I opened my eyes, he slowly set me upright checking me over to make sure I was alright. After a thorough check from Liam we went to our seperate rooms and began getting ready for school. Liam always kept clothing at my house for times like this.
I quickly hopped in the shower and decided what I was going to wear. (Black and White Plaid Crop Top, White Bodycon Leather Skirt, Red Booties, and a Grey Overcoat.) I sat down at the breakfast table quickly fixing up my breakfast, which consisted of a bagel, apple, and water. I also made the same for Liam.
Liam entered the kitchen looking amazing as always in his outfit. (Loose Hooded Sweatshirt, Rolled up Khakis and Grey Cap-Toed Oxfords) He smiled, ate his food quickly and then we were ready to walk out the door.
We walked out of the apartment and headed to the car, of course not without getting looks from the doorman. Liam quickly opened the door for the car service and we headed to school.
As we pulled up Adrienne was waiting for us, which we both expected, but to our surprise Noah was there too.
I turned around in Liam's arms and buried my face in his neck. "I had hoped I wouldnt have to deal with him until later" I mumbled. Liam laughed silently and turned me back around.
"Hi Noah" I stated awkardly.
"Hey Gwen... Liam" He stated enthusiastically.
I quickly turned towards Liam so that he could help with an excuse to ditch Noah, but before I could Noah interrupted and asked if we could talk.
I gave him a blank stare and answered yes, leaving my friends as we headed to the grounds.
I turned to face Noah and asked somwhat impatiently what he wanted.
He looked away nervously and replied "Well I was wondering if you wanted to grab lunch again today?"
I fidgeted awkwardly as I responded "Um, I'm sorry that was a one time thing. Not that I didnt have a good time it's just I've always spent my lunch with Liam, and I wont change that."
Noah paused for a second, a glint in his eyes. "What is Liam to you?" He asked suspiciously.
"My bestfriend" I replied confused.
"Are you sure because it seems like you guys have something going on, and I like you but I'm not about to get in the middle of something.." He said quietly
I laughed awkwardly reassuring him that Liam was just a friend.
Noah's face lit up and he went back to his usual charming self. "So I found out that you don't like Mexican food at all and I took you to a Mexican restaurant yesterday.... That must have been awful for you!"
I blushed knowing I had been caught "Yeah, it's not my favorite. Haha it's not your fault."
"I still have to make it up to you" He said. "Go out on another date with me and I'll take you anywhere you want to go"
I smirked and stepped closer causing him to inhale sharply and replied. " I didn't know lunch was our first date"
Once he has recovered from my bold move he took a step closer to me so that our lips were almost touching and said "I thought it was but dinner tonight could be our first".
I was about to say yes and close the distance when I heard Liam calling for me in the distance.
I quickly replied yes to Noah then walked away.
Finding Liam in another part of the courtyard he turned to me laughing asking how I ended things with Noah.
