Chapter 8
Ashton's POV
Tears rolled down my face as I entered my house. I'm going to be in so much trouble. My Mom looked at me worried.
"Ashton, what's wrong? !" She cried hugging me tightly. "Mom you're going to hate me!" I blurted, returning the hug in deep tears. My Mom shuts her eyes tight and kisses my head "I will never hate you." she promises. I sniffle and look at her innocently. "I'm gay Mum." I mumble, and at that moment my Mom only grips me tighter. "I Love you Ashton, that will never change." I cry Harder, mumbling 'I Love you' into her shoulder repeatedly.
Luke's POV
All I could think about during class was that rose. I was over-the-top curious about who it was from. I impatiently watched the clock as the last three minutes of school ticked, second by second.
---
On my way home a I twirled the lovely rose between my fingers, careful not to get cut. I kissed the rose again and started skipping. I'm such a fag. I admit.
Ashton's POV
After crying to my Mom like the little baby I am. I locked myself in the washroom desperately searching for a razor. I find one. It's new. Brand new. I raise my sleeve and drag it across the top of my arm. "Ouch THAT stings" I repeat to myself before passing out, blood flowing from my cuts.
