It all started on a beautiful Christmas morning.
"Mom! Mommy wake up!" Cassidy yelled. I woke up to see her jumping up and down, up and down.
"What dear?" I asked rubbing my eyes still tired.
"Presents! Can we do presents now!" She said with her cutest puppy dog face.
"Fine, go wake up your sis then." I said getting out of bed and going downstairs.
We went down and the girls got some pretty nice gifts. Lisa (The older daughter) got an ipod and Cassidy got a Xbox36O. I just told them 'cool' or 'that's amazing' ect. ect... When all the presents were gone, I cleaned up the paper, and threw it away. I went back upstairs to take my shower. But before getting in I looked at the clock. 'Damn, 8:38' I thought. I took my shower and then got dressed in a black skull tank top and some jean shorts. I was a 25 year old who had nice kids. Cassidy was 5 and Lisa was 14.
"Fuck!" I said running downstairs.
*Lisa's Point Of View*
I jumped to hearing mom say, "Fuck!". I ran downstairs and looked around.
"Shit, she was just a little late for work. Too bad she has to work on Christmas, but you know. Life is life and we definitely need money now since it was Christmas." I said aloud not remembering Cassidy was still home.
"Guess who's getting told on for cussing!?" She said walking into the room.
"I don't give a shit." I said, looking pissed off.
She gasps really fake, "Oh my gosh! Did another cussy cussy slip out? Hmm?"
"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE DAMMIT!" I screamed at her, making her cry. 'Yeah you have every right to cry your ass off.' I thought, now feeling sorry for her. "I...I'm so sorry Cassidy." I said sarcastic but she bought it.
"I'm sorry too." Cassidy said hugging me. I hugged back and carried her to her room.
"Now leave sister alone okay?" I said sounding even more pissed than I actually did mean to sound.
"O...Okay sis." She said, shivering. I shrugged and went to my room to play on my ipod.
