I am the only heiress to the Lee business, and that fact terrifies me. Being half-asian, people expect the best out of me, especially teachers and my coach. Having a more Asian look doesn't help at all.

With small eyes, round face and porcelain skin that gets burnt from over exposure to the Sun, I stand at a proud height of five foot eleven.

And my name is Tory. Short for Victoria.

However, my looks confuse many people. With my small eyes comes blue iris. With a round face comes distinct cheek bones. With my porcelain skin comes freckles that are just a shade darker. And with my height... Well my height surprises many.

Yet, those stereotypes are right. I do well in everything, but it is not because my parents expect from me (but what parent does not want their children to be great) but because it is what I want.

This year, I am 17 years old. A student at Windsler High School, a chef student at the Manhattan School of Pastry and a badminton player under Coach Peters. And I had to give that all up, just to move to London and start afresh.

I do not know if I will like it or if I will just survive it because my parents wanted it... But I am certain that I will definitely miss New York City.
