I woke up from my phone Ringing.
I quickly sat up and grabbed my phone Answering it.

Call started

Elayna: hello

Doctor: is this Elayna rims.

Elayna: Yes sir it is and who is this.

Doctor: this is doctor Shrek its about your mother, I'm sorry to inform you that she has passed away, I'm very sorry Mrs. Rims.

Elayna: Uh i

Doctor: I'm sorry ma'am but i have to go, I'm sorry for your lose goodbye.

End of call.

I dropped my phone in disbelief.
I fell flat on my knees and put my head in my hands crying.
I didn't stop Crying until i heard a knock on the front door.
I got off of my knees which were numb.
I walked to my door turning the knob and pushing it open.
I whipped away my tears as i walked out of my room.
I walked to the front door and looked threw the peep hole.
I saw a man with Colorful tattoos up and down his arms.
I pulled back from the peep hole.
I rolled my eyes and turned the door knob opening the door to the stranger.
May i help you I asked looking at the man.
Yes do you know where i could find Autumn Rims The Tattooed man asked.

When the man said my moms name I felt a tear go down my face at the thought of her.

I stepped back and Ashley walked in the house.

Oh My Fuck could this be her, could this be my daughter that Autumn called me about this morning.
Autumn told me not to tell her that I'm her father at least not yet but i don't know when I'm supposed to tell her.
I guess ill keep it a secret for as long as i can.
What i don't understand is Autumn didn't say anything about an abusive step dad.
I mean she said something about him but not that he was abusive.
If it turns out she is my daughter I'm going to be more pissed than i am right now.

Uh i grew up with her i haven't seen her in about 14 years.

I felt a tear run down my face as i saw what she had done to herself probably because i wasnt here to help her.

She looked at her wrist then up at me.
There are a lot of reasons why i do this would you like me to name off all of them Elayna said rolling her eyes.

She tilted her head to the side looking at me.

third i don't have a father or at least i don't know him,

Fifth i have no friends.

I just looked at my poor baby girl with tears in her eyes.
I shouldn't have left but i didn't know Autumn was pregnant or i would have stayed.

Well we can get to know each other but we better get you packed before your step dad gets home so lets go I said standing up.

Elayna grabbed my hand pulling me to her room.
When we got in there she grabbed a bag from the corner of her room and then pulled me back out the door.

You have been ready for this? I asked.
I always knew i would leave or he would hurt me so bad i would run away so i keep a bag next to my door so i can Elayna said.
Your a smart girl I said as we walked back to the front door.
She grabbed her phone off the couch where we were before.
We quickly went to the door and i opened it for her.
She stepped out and we realized it was raining.
We didn't car we ran to my car i opened the door for her and she jumped in quickly.
I ran to the other side and got in myself.
I started the car and drove out of the driveway to my house.

I hope she is okay with this, i just don't want her to get hurt anymore.
