I don't know how it happened.
It just did.

I was talking to my friend, and it just spilled.
I didn't even notice it.

I said I was Pansexual.

It just slipped, and soon after I was telling him what it meant!

He just backed away into a crowd that was forming.

"You're gay?"

"Huh?"

"Homo right here!" Someone yelled, causing more people to surround me.

Laughs and insults filled my ears, making me feel like I was drowning and all I could hear were bubbles.

I tried to shake my head no.
I tried to tell them I wasn't gay, I tried to tell them it was different.
They didn't listen.

I spotted this one girl at the back of the crowd, a look of worry on her face as she looked at me.
She looked around at everyone taunting me and straightened her face, chanting the word "Homo" along with everyone else.

But I saw something in her expression that I just couldn't put my finger on...
