It's a long road,
Paved of blades, flames, and coal.
They said it'd be easy,
That it wouldn't be hard,
Yet when I saw reality,
My body got new scars,
While everyone's smilin',
Driving brand new cars,
I cry myself to sleep at night,
Seeking solace from the stars.
For them, it's truly easy.
For me, it's not the same.
Who or what causes my misery,
Or am I the one to blame?
