On August 30th, 2015 two people got married. A man and a woman. They have been dating for 4 years prior to that. One day, at the pizza place up the street, the man asked the woman to marry him. He pulled out a ring, silver with a blue topaz gem in the center, her birth stone. He moved to her side and slipped the ring on her finger. Wow, what an amazing moment.

The time leading up to the wedding, was very hectic. There was fighting among the family. People dropping in and out of the wedding. Some wanted this color. Others wanted that color. However, none of that matter. This day belonged to the man and the woman. No one can take that away.

The man and woman agreed they wanted to be together the night before the wedding. Some say it was nontraditional, but what have they done that was traditional? They wanted to be together, for the very last time, as boyfriend and girlfriend. They pulled their mattress out onto the floor in the living room where they watched movies until they fell asleep.

The day of the wedding, they were separated. The woman went to her brother's house with her girls. The man stayed behind with his guys.

Everything that day went by so fast. So, it finally came time to walk down the aisle. It was so funny. The man was so nervous. He stumbled with his words, stumbled with lighting the candle, and forgot to give the best man the ring. What a goof.

They exchanged their vows and within minutes, they were husband and wife.

The reception didn't last long, but boy, it was so perfect. The woman got to be introduced as Mrs. Gagliardi for the first time. The man got to walk in, hand in hand, with his brand new wife.

She got to dance with her father, a dream come true. He got to dance with his beautiful mother. They watched their family dance, enjoy the food, listen to music, and have many conversations with other family members.

At the end, when it all was over, the happiness never died. They remained husband and wife and now, a year later, they celebrate their first anniversary as a married couple.

To my Joey,

I love you so much. I am so happy we got married. You don't even understand. My love for you is incredible. It grows stronger every day. You mean the world to me and I wouldn't trade you in for anything. I want to start a family with you and grow old with you. I want to build with you and grow with you. You make my life worth something. I am so in love with you. Our wedding was beautiful and our marriage is even more beautiful. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me and I never want it to end. I love you, my Joey. I am so happy we met. This has been the best year and it all is because of you.

Happy anniversary, my baby. I love you more than you can ever imagine.

August 30th, 2015 until forever and always.

(I do swear that I'll always be there.
I'd give anything and everything and I will always care.
Through weakness and strength, happiness and sorrow,
for better for worse, I will love you with
every beat of my heart.)
From this moment life has begun
From this moment you are the one
Right beside you is where I belong
From this moment on

From this moment I have been blessed
I live only for your happiness
And for your love I'd give my last breath
From this moment on

I give my hand to you with all my heart
Can't wait to live my life with you, can't wait to start
You and I will never be apart
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment on

You're the reason I believe in love
And you're the answer to my prayers from up above
All we need is just the two of us
My dreams came true because of you

From this moment as long as I live
I will love you, I promise you this
There is nothing I wouldn't give
From this moment
I will love you as long as I live
From this moment on.

"From this moment."
