1. What does your username mean to you and how did you think of it?
Actually its my real name, instead of 'Elizabeth' I put 'Lizzy', its pretty unoriginal, but hey, its super easy to remember.
2. What age did you start writing?
I'd say about third grade? Its a bit of a stretch, but I wrote an extremely depressing story about the world ending, and it took off from there.
3. Did you always want to be a writer or is it more of a hobby?
It began as a hobby, but I love it more and more everyday, so its become a more serious pass-time.
4. What genre is your writing? What draws you to this genre?
More of the sadder-darker kinds of poetry, it fascinates me because it makes me feel closer to people who actually hurt inside, and understand them more, as well as myself.
5. Do you use any unusual techniques to help your writing along? For example, listening to music, eating cookies, or drinking tea...
I like to have some kind of white noise in the background, I'll usually pull up some kind of laid back talk show at home and turn the volume low, it sparks some inspiration.
6. Who are your favourite authors?
It may sound cliché, but I'd have to go with Edgar Allen Poe, his works are amazing and never get old.
7. Do you have any advice for us aspiring writers?
Well, first of all, you have to feel it. Just write whatever pops in your head and then go back and re-edit it. Even if others don't get to see certain pieces, you yourself do, so never get discouraged!
8. What is your favourite motivational saying?
Well I made up my own saying, it goes like this: "If you don't talk, no one will listen." It motivates me to do work to my greatest abilities to my own, and others enjoyment.
9. Do you work to a mapped outline/plot or do you just see where your idea/characters take you?
Usually little phrases I hear, or little snippets of memories from my past, the past is always an inspiration weather you realize it or not.
10. Do you find it easier to write by hand or type straight on to your computer?
Usually I have my tablet at school, so I write into it directly, but I also find writing by hand enjoyable.
11. What's your next goal with your writing? Is there a dream fuelling your hard work?
Ahh, I guess it would be to see that people enjoy it, I want a few cool fans who are into my writing, nothing much.
12. Anything you'd like to say to your readers?
Thankyou for sticking with me, hope you continue reading because its just getting to the good part!
