Barton didn't get a chance to think much on what his partner was up to.  He got a call from Stark.  He was needed immediately.

"Normally this would be funny, but the Hulk in his purple form, is flashing in and out of dimensions and universes.  He's got the hick-ups and it some how is triggering the Black Diamond.  The angrier he gets, the worse the hick-ups and that's directly proportionate to the jumps.  Right now he jumped to Asgard and Thor is not impressed.  The Hulk is taking his anger out on Thor's people.  You need to go there and bring Hulk back.  I have a pill that you need to get into his mouth.  That will control the hick-ups!"

Clint shook his head in disbelief.  "Are you serious?  Hick-ups... really?"

Tony snorted, "do you think I would make up something so ridiculous?"

"Alright, I'll use the diamond tip to come to your lab and then to go to Asgard.  You're timing couldn't be worse.  I need to be back before the morning, no matter what's happening with Banner," Clint said in annoyance.  He hung up, got into his gear and pulled out his bow and arrow.  Once ready he programmed the tip for Stark's lab and disappeared.

Tony saw him pop into view, he gave him the pill.  "I know it's a little big, but it's the only way to fix the current issue."

"I hope you got the dose right.  It looks the size of what an elephant would swallow," Clint said, strapping two pills to his vest.

"Those are the only ones I've made so far, so don't waste them. One pill should last six hours," Tony explained.  "Dr. Pym said if this fails, we'll have to shrink the Hulk down until Banner is back in control.  And don't worry I didn't tell Pym what caused all this, the secret of the Black Diamond is still that."

"Alright, I'm off to Asgard. I'm going to tell Thor you're the reason the Hulk is smashing up his buildings," Clint said before leaving.

Barton arrived on the bridge that leads into the city.  He could see the golden dome covering the castle, so to protect it from the Hulk.  But there was already a lot of damage.  Guards met him on the outskirts of the battle.

"I'm here to take the Hulk back to Earth.  I need to talk to Thor," Clint explained

Volstagg nodded, "good luck with that.  Those two have been trading blows for the last two hours.  If you want to get that close to the action, we can drop you off, but then you're on your own Hawkeye."

"Take me to the closest building, I'll be ready.  By the way, this was Tony Stark's fault."  Clint grinned as he ratted his friend out.

The Asgard airship took him to the site of the current battle.  Barton watched the fighting and then pointed to the location he wanted to be dropped.  He couldn't help smiling as Thor's hammer landed a nice upper cut on the purple Hulk's chin.  He heard Thor's laughter.

"That man sure likes to fight," Clint commented to Volstagg.

"Aye, this is the most fun he's had in a while... damage aside."

"Thanks for the lift, you guys should clear out," Clint said and then leaped down onto the building.

The Hulk saw him and roared, his kick sending Thor tumbling like a football.  The purple Hulk charged towards the building Barton was on.  Then leaped up the wall.

"Hulk, I see you're having some fun today.  Nice kick," Clint complimented as the Hulk continued his climb.

Hulk snorted and shrugged his shoulders, before cracking his knuckles.
