"So, first impression of the Mew Mews?" Steve asked in the hotel room.
"I don't really know what to think." Natasha grudgingly admitted, ignoring the over exaggerated gasps of shock from Tony and Clint.
"I don't think we should underestimate them." Bruce quietly stated, "Their DNA has been mixed with red data animals, which could either make them unstable or powerful."
"What's the deal with the red data animals anyway?" Tony spoke up, "Their nearly extinct, okay, but shouldn't that make them weaker?"
"That's what you'd think, but as Keiichiro said, only they have qualities that enable them to overpower these Chimera Animals. They are resistant to getting possessed by them as well. Therefore, by blending their DNA has with the DNA of humans who possess the ability to harvest this DNA, they can theoretically create a person with the abilities to fight these creatures." Bruce explained patiently. "Whether they have or not, I can't say until we witness them in action."
"So they are either drastically unstable or unbelievably powerful." Natasha summed up.
"Well, at any rate we should keep an eye on them." Clint dusted his shoulders. "They could be good allies, but they are still teenage girls."
"This is beyond my understanding," Thor shook his head, "How these teenage girls could fight these things. They are all weak."
"Yes, but it isn't just about how weak they are physically. With a good camaraderie and strong mind, you can accomplish almost anything." Steve pointed out, sitting upright on the futon.
"Something you learnt in the army, Cap?" Tony smirked.
"No, my own philosophy." Steve smirked back.

"So you wish to join forces?" Pai frowned. "Tell me why so."
"Do I need a reason?" Loki sneered. "The Avengers have joined forces with these Mews of yours. I am merely stating that without me, you have no hope of beating my brother and his companions. Just like without you, I have merely a small chance of defeating your Mews."
Pai's frown deepened. "I shall have to present this to Deep Blue-sama. This decision is not to be taken lightly." With that, the purple haired alien teleported away, presumably to Deep Blue-sama.
"I don't know why he's bothering. Hyman's are pretty much imperfect." Taruto jeered.
"I am no human, you filthy runt!" Loki snarled menacingly.
"What did you say to me, you filthy human??!!"
As Taruto and Loki began to argue, Kisshu sighed exasperatedly. He put his head in his hand, and allowed his mind to cloud over with thoughts of Ichigo.

"He believes that without our help, we are all useless against their combined forces. I detected no lies in his statement, Deep Blue-sama." Pai concluded.
"Let him help." Deep Blue said, "but do not trust him. We will use him to get rid of the Mews, but after that, send him to me. Norse Gods are easy to kill, this one should be no different."
"Hai, Deep Blue-sama." Pai bowed, before teleporting back to relay an edited version of the news to Loki and Taruto, who couldn't be trusted with a secret for his life, and the actual news to Kisshu.

"So, what are your impressions of the individual Mews?" Bruce asked his friends curiously.
Steve instantly responded, "Ichigo, the redhead, seemed to be the leader of their group. I get the impression that the others look up to her, even Zakuro. She must have good leadership qualities to gain the respect of a person two years her elder."
Tony butted in, "And Minto, the black haired one, seemed very prim and proper. She must be a rich kid of some sort, and she seems to idolise Zakuro too. The kid actually seemed to be very strong of mind, even though she seems quite weak physically."
"The kid, Purin, she couldn't sit still. That energy could be something great on a battlefield, but it could also be a weakness. However, Ichigo said she was ten, so how does a ten year old cope with fighting for her life and staying happy?" Clint wondered.
"Zakuro seemed to be very strong willed. I personally feel that she could be a leader if she wanted to be, but prefers to be led." Thor stated. "Though I do not know why, it could be a way of letting them know she is not as scary as her age portrays."
"The green haired one got me." Natasha spoke up. "What was her name? Retasu?"
"Yeah," Bruce smiled, "Shirogane told me it means Lettuce in Japanese. Fitting, eh? What with her hair colour."
"Well, Lettuce seems to be very shy and timid. I noticed that she seems to hide behind the other girls a lot." The redheaded girl said thoughtfully. "It's almost like she is unsure of herself. The other girls are a lot more confident then Lettuce. The other girls all seem to be a lot more careful with her. Perhaps she was bullied?"
"Now that you mention it, she did act a bit frightened. But when she got into her group, Soleil, she seemed to be a lot more confident. Maybe at her old school, she was bullied quite a bit, but maybe the Mews and Soleil took her under their wing?" Steve questioned.
"I don't know, but I feel like she has a lot more potential then even she knows." Natasha stated confidently. "I feel like she could be more powerful than Ichigo if she concentrated hard enough."
"Well, if the Mews are more careful with Lettuce, then I think we should be too." Bruce said. "Just in case, you know?"
"Agreed."
