I quickly wiped at the tears forming in my eyes.

Then I chuckle at how emo I was being.

I decide to head back, I was supposed to hang out with Martin later on.

So I decide to time myself.

Using my phone as a stopwatch, I ran until I was in front of my house.

2 minutes 44 seconds! Not bad..

I checked the time and I was surprised when I saw the date.

MY BIRTHDAY'S IN 3 DAYS?!?!?

When the fuck did that happen?

I start jumping up and down while giggling.

Then I feel hands covering my eyes.

"Guess who?"

I giggle even more

"Martin I know that's you"

He removes his hands.

"Oh do you now" he asks in a playful voice.

I chuckle

"Now care to to tell me why you were jumping up and down?" He asks raising an eyebrow

"ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!" I screech

He chuckles

I calm myself up and continue

"Or at least in 3 days it will be."

"Yup and I've got the perfect present for you, soon to be birthday boi" (😏)

I blush

"Aww you look adorable when you blush!"

I blush even harder.

Martin bursts out laughing.

We head into my house (me hitching a piggyback ride from Martin) and play Call of Duty.
