I come for sunsets and sunrises, for the life and the love of it all.
It's walking down the sidewalk, and when you look down at your feet you see the light from the street lamps bouncing back at you in puddles. Glassy images before you like paintings, yet you don't stop to look at them. It's when cars drive past you and you become aware of how slow everything is. Each step you notice the power in your body, you notice your strength and the fact that you can move without thinking about it. Now, you keep walking and you wonder why you're still walking. Around you, there is no noise. The cars that pass would go unnoticed if not for your eyes catching them. Lights are on in houses as the sun nears its end for the day, and TVs are lit but they're so quiet that the sound must be blocked by the walls. You are alone, and you continue to walk without thinking about it. This is yellow, and this happens often.
