In a near furture world, after the horryifying results of a world war 3, north america is ruled by a dictator, who calls himself The Emporer. Abrielle is a 17 year old trained assasin. She was taken from the hospital after her mother died giving birth by an underground operation called the Blood Angels set on overthrowing the empire. Her mission is to kidnap the youngest child of the emporer and kill the oldest. Abrielle sets out determined, but quickly discovers that the mission might be more challenging than she expected, when she finds out that the oldest child of the emporer is a startlingly attractive teenage boy. His advances on her soon have her thinking second thoughts about her mission, but the Blood Angels don't tolerate second thoughts any more than they give second chances.
