Laelia's POV

Once again, like the gentlemen he was, Enzo opened the door for her as they entered the most beautiful restaurant ever. She gave a polite smile to the girl at the front desk as she gave them a smile of her own when she saw them approaching.

"Hello, how are you guys tonight?"

"I'm fine, how are you?"

"I'm great, thank you for asking. Do you have reservations?"

"Yes, under the surname Marino."

She hostess glanced down her list before finally spotting the name. She looked up with a bright smile on her face and started making her way towards the back of the restaurant.

"Ah, right this way Mr. And Mrs. Marino."

Laelia almost laughed, she thought they were married. "No, actually we aren't---"

"Aren't use to this restaurant, thank you for showing us our table." Enzo glared at Laelia as the hostess turned around as they finally stopped at a booth.

"It's no problem Mr.Marino, it's my job. Your waiter should be here shortly, would you like some warm bread while you look through the menus?"

Laelia must've not been paying attention because the hostess has swiped some menus and a thing with a few pieces of bread in it. "Yes, please." She answered and the hostess placed everything in front of them before disappearing to her post.

"It's kinda hard to look like a badass Bonnie and Clyde if everyone's dressed up in here also."

Enzo shook his head. "No, we're the only badass Bonnie and Clyde in here, the rest of the people in here are just upper class white people that are dressed nicely. We're the only badass people in here."

"You're white." Laelia pointed out and he rolled his eyes. "So? That doesn't mean I have to like my own race. And I prefer Italian, not white."

"It's the same thing."

Enzo looked at her.

"Anyway." She muttered while grabbing the menu. "Do they have any food that's not sophisticated? I want a burger."

Enzo turned her menu over and pointed to a section all the way in the bottom corner.

"Darn."

The waiter that was serving the table next to them came towards their table. "I apologize for not acknowledging you immediately after our hostess seated you. My name is Stephan. May I take your drink order why you look at the menu?"

"I'd like a Shirley Temple." Laelia said with a grin, causing the waiters gaze to linger on her for a moment before turning to Enzo. "And you sir?"

"I'll just take water. And we're ready to order now."

"Ok sir, what would you like?"

"I'll take a Chicken Bellagio and she'll have the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo."

The waiter glanced at Laelia and she just nodded with a smile, as if that's what she wanted but it wasn't, but if Enzo ordered it then it must be good. "I'll be right out with your drinks, and your food will be out soon after. Excuse me." When the waiter was out of sight, she turned her gaze towards Enzo.

"You weren't ordering a burger in a sophisticated restaurant in my presence, stellina."

"Well it shouldn't have been on a menu of a sophisticated restaurant then!"

"Just because it's there doesn't mean it should be ordered. Everyone touches the butt bread but nobody eats it do they?"

"No correlation what so ever but---- oh my goodness is that Livia? She must be here with a rich guy because last time I checked her bank account was empty, not a cent in there, and she can't even afford to step a foot inside this place."
