Chapter 5: Betrayal

    We were all shocked! As the leaders of the midget rebels were actually the notorious Xin Yee and Hui Thong! They were troublemakers, we knew that all too well. But regardless of their mischievous ways we still considered them as friends. They had helped us so much when I was training Raji. Then it dawned on me , the reason the midgets had found us in the first place was because of them. I cursed inwardly for not figuring this out before. The only thing running through my mind was the question of , how could we hurt our own friends? I thought about that while defending myself against their attacks. Raji wasn't looking very happy to be attacking them;her attacks weren't at just enough force to save herself. But I figured I didn't really give a shit about them so I charged in with the bloodied stick from my first attack , stabbed all of them and threw their blood-stained corpses off the building. After the battle we were celebrated as heroes. Raji asked me where the rest of the midgets were. I told her I didn't even care if they were starving or rotting to death, I wanted to enjoy that moment. She looked particularly satisfied with my answer and went off to enjoy. I was feeling relaxed, the school had been saved at last. The war was over, for now...
