Her days were like a drought;
Only, it wasn't never ending heat.
It was never ending rain
That seemed to turn into storms.She had no control over them;
Her feelings had a mind of their own.
And that was when she knew
She had a mental illness.Her illness was severe.
She rarely smiled genuinely;
Always hiding her feelings
Behind an invisible mask.The illness consumed her,
Controlling her; breaking her life.
It went in the way of everything
Her hobbies, chores, and even likes.She tried asking for help
But no words came out of her mouth
It was only air, nothing more.
The rain never stopped, it only continued, growing stronger by the minute.She laid there on the floor
Lifeless, gone, and defeated.
And everyone noticed it really late
That Alex is gone and that she lived DEPRESSED.
