Amanda Waller veiwed the tapes and read over their files more than three times. She was more than sure. The last two pieces of the Task Force X but, with the bond the two of them had was something she's never seen before.
There was only one thing to do.
She picked up the phone and asked for her personal little soldier
"Make it Happen."
She knew he would be determined to complete the mission.
"Don't fail. This is the final piece,Flag."
"I wont."
Waller hung up. She felt something as she watched the video of the two deadlist killer in the world.
She felt...regret and she pushed it aside thinking of all the good that they could bring.
