Everychild is special in his/her own way, observe them differently, everychild is unique.
But what do we do?

1)During exam studies
Someone just goes to help a brighter student because he knows that this child will shine and achieve the goal and he leaves the other child struggling himself some even pair intelligent ones in one group, the average in other group and the slow learners in last group, is it fair?

2)Results are out
One child who got 50% and other got 90% both sudents were excited at school, because there is one who has struggled and got 50% and there's one who always comes first in class when they reach at home and show to their parents and siblings everyone will be applauding the brighter kid without realizing the hardwork of the other and they start comparing infront of him be like him, struggle more, let him help you, the struggling child will always be smiling but inside he will be hurt, instead of commenting you haven't done better this time just comment something better like keep it up and more...
True or False?

Lesson learnt?
1)Never compare a child from other.

2)There are kids whose attention will always be outside but they will be catching up whatever is being taught in class.

2)There are kids who will always be struggling, average students and there are the brighter ones, no one is perfect.
let's help everychild and make better future.
