It had been about a week since Jack and Mark moved in together and every day seemed to be so much more interesting. There was never a dull moment in the apartment now, everything was a laugh. But not before at least 9 in the morning. Because it turns out that Mark is not a great morning person.
Jack isn't a big early bird, but he gets up a lot sooner that Mark does. He had already finished his cereal and placed it in the sink. He glanced at the clock.
9:42
He let out a sigh and shook his head as he walked to Mark's bedroom door. Knocking twice with the back of his knuckles, he called through the door.
''Mark, get up, it's almost ten'' he said with a teasing tone. There was a shuffle from the other side, but no other noise was heard.
''Mark'' he called again as he opened the door. Mark's room was very dark, as his curtains were still closed. His glasses were placed on his nightstand next to a glass of water. Jack could see the huge lump in the bed that was Mark, and his face planted firmly into the pillow. Jack walked around to stand right next to the bed. Mark was flat out on his stomach, his arms above his head hugging the pillow. His red hair was all scruffy in the dainty bed-head fashion.
He couldn't help but stand and stare for a moment. But he soon shook himself back to his senses and bent down a little so he was closer to Mark's hidden face. With a finger outstretched, he poked into his hair and wiggled his finger to try and wake him. His hair was really soft and fluffy...
''Mark'' he called again. He poked him again, before ruffling his hair more violently. He then pulled the covers off him a bit. Mark stirred a bit in his sleep, but did not wake, but still pulled the covers back over himself with a grumble.
''MARK! GET UP YE LAZY BASTARD!'' he yelled and slapped the side of his head. Not hard, he didn't want to hurt him, but hard enough that he would feel it.
Mark's head slowly turned to face him.
The atmosphere was suddenly heavy as Mark did so. Jack gulped as he saw the look on Mark's face as it slowly revealed itself.
The glare Mark had on could only be forged from the very depths of hatred and fury.
''Hehe...um...g-good m-morning...Markimoo...'' Jack stuttered.
''Oh, is it?'' He said incredibly darkly, with a very deep voice. Jack backed up at bit towards the window.
''Y-yeah, sure it is, man. Look!'' Jack opened the curtains, which he instantly regretted as a beam of pure daylight streamed through and hit Mark directly in the face. Mark shut and squinted his eyes before he slowly opened them only to glare right back into Jack's eyes. Mark then very slowly got out of bed, stood up and very slowly walked towards Jack.
''Hey, um Mark...what are you doin'?'' Jack gulped at the look Mark had on his face. He was a little scared but also a bit...turned on?
'What? No! I'm not into guys!'
But Jack had nowhere else to go, he was backed up against the wall and Mark was right in front of him.
''Do you know what happens if you wake me up so rudely like that?'' he said incredibly deeply.
''I...um...no...?'' Jack grinned nervously. Mark put one of his hands on the wall next to Jacks' head and leant in closer, glaring into his eyes.
''This'' he said.
Mark suddenly dropped the glare, with a huge grin, and began tickling Jack's sides. Jack instantly broke down into a laughing and wriggling fit.
''No! Stop, Mark I-HAHAHA! PLEASE, MARK, STOP. HAHAHA!'' Jack's knees gave out and he fell into Mark as he carried on ticking. Jack tried to get away and run for the door, but Mark grabbed him. He lost his balance and Jack ended up falling onto the bed, taking Mark with him. But mark didn't stop, he carried on ticking him relentlessly. Jack was kicking out wildly, trying to make Mark stop, to which he finally did. But Jack was trying to catch his breath, so was panting pretty heard as his cheeks were red and flustered from laughing so hard.
When Mark looked down and saw this, his eyes grew wide and his mouth fell open a bit. Luckily, Jack had his eyes closed as he panted. But there he was, Mark was sat on top of Jack as he lay there, blushing and panting from under him. Now that same bright red blush had spread to Mark's cheeks too. Now Jack had opened his eyes, as Mark had suddenly fallen silent. He then saw a blushing Mark towering over him, which only made his blush worse.
''Are you ok, Mark?'' he asked
''Wha? Oh, yeah, yeah, I'm fine, great! Just....next time just shake me awake, yeah?'' Mark replied, very quickly hopping off Jack and facing away.
''got it'' Jack said, quickly getting up too. ''I'm gonna leave ya to properly wake up. Also...nice Pj's'' Jack added as he left the room.
Mark looked down at himself and realised that he was wearing his pyjamas with a certain green-eye on the shirt.
''Yeah, they're my favourites...'' he said too quietly for anyone to hear and he knew the fact that Jack had already left the room.
Mark was left alone is his room, going over what just happened.
'What did I just do? I hope I haven't scared him...but the way he was laying like that...under me...it just...I'
The more he thought about it, the more turned on he felt. He gasped as he realised he was getting a little excited.
'What? NO! Stop thinking about it, stop it! I. Am. Not. Gay'
He tried to shake it out of his head.
'Am I?'
