Being the new kid

Being the new kid is tough, new kids, new school, and new everything. So as I'm making my way to the office to get my schedule I hear people giggling and look to my left, it's a huge group of kids they must be the 'popular' group. So I walk in the office and get my schedule and I see the I have Social Studies with uh.... Mr. Dunn, alright let's go. So I walk in and sit down I'm the first one here so I get on my phone and check Instagram and there's nothing new. Then I hear the door creak open and it was one of the kids I saw earlier "Hey I'm Jack. What's your name?" "Y/N." "Well it's nice to meet you. Can I see your schedule?" "Uh yeah sure *hands over schedule* what for?" "To see how many classes we have together" "Oh alright" so as he looks at my schedule I sit there and wait for class to start. "We have a few classes together like Social Studies, Gym, Art, and Italian." "Oh nice well that's gonna be fun" "Yeah maybe it's school so it won't be that fun" "Haha true". So the teacher walks in with the rest of the class and says "Hello class my name is Mr. Dunn and this is Social Studies" most people groaned while me on the other hand was very excited, I love Social Studies I am very good at it. "Class you will need to pick partners and you will have to do a project on a Greek god, so pick your partners and I will assign you a god/goddess." Great, now I have to pick somebody to associate with. "Y/N do you wanna be my partner?" Oh thank god I don't have to talk to other people. "Uh sure yeah" so as Jack and I walk up to the teacher he assigned is the God Apollo. "Oh Apollo is my favorite!" I was so excited. "Well someone is happy to do this project." Jack said laughing at me "Well yeah I love the Greek gods"

*after school*

So I'm walking to my locker not making eye contact with anyone and get my stuff and go home when I run into Jack outside "Well hey Y/N do you want to work on the project at my place?" "Yeah sure!" So we were walking to his car thank god I didn't want to drive this morning "Wow. I like your car." "Thanks I like it to *smiles*"

So as were driving he decides to put on the radio and starts singing along to what ever song was on "🎶🎙cause baby you light up my world like nobody else the way that you flip your hair gets me over whelmed the way you smile at the ground it ain't hard to tell you don't know-o-o you don't know your beautiful 🎶🎙" wow that was kinda funny. "You like one direction?" "Kinda yeah" "Wow that's kinda funny" "Oh we're here!" Holy crap Jack has a huge house damn. "No one is home yet the cars aren't here. I'm gonna go change you can wait down here. Do you want anything?" "Umm a glass of water would be fine" "Alright I'll get that" *gets water* "Thank you" "Your welcome. I'll be right back" so as I'm waiting for Jack I look in the text book about Apollo and I already know most of it so this should be pretty easy. Jack comes down stairs..... Shirtless. "Don't you wanna put on a shirt?" "Nope I'm okay. The ladies love it." "Yeah okay" "Well this lady right here can't keep her eyes off me 😏" "Well that's because I feel kinda weird with you being shirtless" I was actually totally okay with it but I wasn't gonna let him know that. "Oh well."  He takes the text book off my lap and looks through it biting his lip concentrating. "Well it's says Apollo is the god of Music, truth and prophecy, healing, the sun and light, plague, and poetry. And that's only a few" "Yup that's correct" "How do you know?" "Because Apollo is my favorite!" I smiled like a little girl getting a new dress. "Haha alright smarty pants let's get this done"

*finished project*

"Well that was easy" "Yeah for little miss smarty pants over here" "It wasn't easy for you?" "No I don't know the Greek Gods like you do" "Hey at least we go it done" "True" he is still shirtless and I'm growing to like it even more then I did before. "Hey Y/N do you want any food or anything, I'm making nachos" "Yeah sure" "I'm gonna make a huge plate we can share okay?" "Yeah that's fine" I found out earlier he has Netflix so I put that on and trying to find something to watch. "Looks like someone got comfy" "Yeah kinda. What movie do you want to watch?" "Umm how about Paranormal Activity" "Ohh I love this movie." "Me too". So as we are watching the movie Jack put his arms around me and I felt kinda uncomfortable but I pushed that feeling away and let him hold me. During the movie there was a huge jump-scare and I jumped and Jack laughed at me. "Hey don't laugh. I got scared" "Or maybe you want me to hold you." "Haha in your dreams boy" "Whatever"

So the movie ended so me and Jack started talking and we got to know each other very well. We have a lot in common so that's cool.

*next day*

So I walk into school and I see these people laughing and smiling as I walk to my locker and a familiar voice startles me. "Hey Y/N" "Hey isn't your locker on the other side of the hallway?" "It was but I got it moved cause I wanted to be by you" "Oh alright that's cool"

Jacks P.O.V

I really like her I just don't know how to say it. She is really nice and sweet and smart and beautiful she drives me crazy. I'll asker out after school.

*After school*

"Hey Y/N can I ask you something?" "Yeah sure *smiles*" damn that smile makes me happy! "Well I was kinda wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me tonight?" "Jack I would love to!" "Alrighty I'll pick you up at 8" "Great I'll see you then" she said yes oh my gosh this is amazing!

Y/N P.O.V

Jack Just asked me on a date this is great I'm so excited!

So I get home and I try on like 6 outfits until I find nice long black leggings with a maroon top and combat boots and I look in the mirror "Oh damn I look cute"

*door bell rings*

"Hey Y/N you look great" Jack says smiling "AWWW thank you so do you! Where are we going?" I asked curious "Its a suprise"

So we get done driving and we are at a lake and he already has a picnic set up with candles, really romantic! So I sit down and eat what Jack made for me and I thanked him for it.

After we got done eating we sat and talked and cuddle next to each other for awhile and he looked down at me and I looked up at him and we leaned in and we kissed. It felt like fireworks were going off in my body it was amazing! "Oh I'm sorry Y/N I didn't mean to I'm sorry" "Jack don't apologize that was amazing!" "It was?" "Yes it was"

*he drives you back home*

"Well I had fun tonight Jack" "Me too! *leans in and kisses you again" "*blushes* bye Jack!" "Bye" So I walk inside and I'm so happy he kissed me...twice! I think I might love him.

Jacks P.O.V

I kissed her and she actually liked it I so wanna go out with her again. Damn this girl makes me so fucking happy! I think I may love her! *Y/N opens the door* "I want to go out again!" we both said in complete unison. "Alright I'll take you out again. Thanks for an amazing night Y/N you make me so happy!" "Jack you make me happy too. I'm really excited for our second date!" "Me too! Well it's late we should probably go to bed" "Alright night!" "Night"

Let's just hope the second date can lead to Y/N and I making a relationship ❤️
