Kagome X Sesshomaru (Completed)

The Old Man part 2/chapter 18

Its been 3 hours. "Are we almost their yet" Shippo asks Inuyasha. "Yes now if you keep asking you wont make it their" he says in agervation. Shippos eyes widen as he runs next to Sango.

"Over here" Inuyasha says as he begins to run into a forest. Everyone follow. Kagome runs up to see a old man with clothes soaked in blodd. "Your coming with us" Inuyasha says. The old man slowly stands as he holds his arm, "hehehe" he begins laughing as he looks at the ground. He slowly looks up as he uncovers his arms, there seems to be nothing there. "Wheres your wound" Kagome asks. "Well you see my staff healed me and now you see i am invincable" he says. Inuyasha grits his teeth, "your gonna wish you were" he says as he pulls out his tusigah. "If its a battle you want its a battle you shall get" the old man says as he jumps back.

Everyone pulls out their wepons as Shippo and Rin hide in a bush. The old man suddenly flys into the air. Everyone looks up but he appears to be unseen. "Now scince you were so foolish to leave the children alone you may never see them again" the old man says as his voice echos through the trees. As he says this Kagomes and Sesshomarus eyes widen. They run over to the bush to see a nothing. "Wered you put Rin, tell me now or you die" Sesshomaru says as his eyes become red. "Weres Shippo, if you dont tell me my next arrows going on you!" Kagome yells. "Ahhh but you cannot harm me for im am the only one who knows where the children are" he says. "Kirara check the perimeter" Sango yells as Kirara transforms and runs off.

Kagome looks around above. She looks up to see a white cloth hanging from a branch. "Hey up there" she says as she points to the cloth. Sesshomaru immidiantly jumps up to see the old man. His cheeks begin to form purple stripes as he grabs the old mans colour. "Wheres Rin and Shippo" he yells. The old man begins to sweat, "you left your child alone are you insane" he says. Sesshomaru fangs begin to come out, "Where are they!" He yells louder. "You left your child alone are you insane, you left your child alone are you insane" he reapeats over and over.

Kagome begins to climbs up. She reaches the top and sits next to the old man, "what do you mean" Kagome asks. "We dont have time for his craziness" Inuyasha inturuptes. The old man looks at the ground, "once long ago I had a son named Romeka, he was one of the kindest people ever, one day I offered to teach him how to catch a fish, so while he waited by the river while I stupidly went inside to go get the net, when I came out he was gine and I never saw him scince, soon after people called me insane for leaving him alone and I felt rage fill in me and when this shard landed in my staff I felt power like never before and I went mad with it" he explains. "Thats awful" Kagome says. The old man nods, "then dont take Shippo and Rin from us, dont let the same thing that happened to you to us, we're sorry" she says. The old man sighs. "Their in that tree" he says as he points to the one behind them. Kagome sighs in relief "thank you" she says.

She looks back to see a tied up and gagged Rin and Shippo. Sesshomaru immidiantly jumps over their and unties them. Rin jumps into his arms, "Sesshomaru!" she says loudly in happiness. Shippo flys into into Kagomes arms, "I missed you Kagome" he says. Kagome squeezes him, "ive missed you too" she says. She looks down at the slumping old man as Shippo hops down. She kneels towards him, "I will find your son, I promise" Kagome says. The old man looks up, "thank you and here this in return" he says as he hands the jewl to Kagome. She grabs it and smiles. Suddenly Kirara returns. Kagome looks at the old man, "would you want a ride back to your village" she asks. He nods and him and her hop down.
