Dan's POV

"DAN!" Phil screamed from our lounge. 

I ran to him as quick as possible. "Are you okay? What is going on?" 

"I want a baby", Phil blurted.

"What?" I asked, shocked. 

He had never brought up kids before. We aren't even out to our fans yet. 

"I'm ready... I want a child. We have been together for 8 years. Please", Phil pleaded. 

"Do you think that we are ready?" I asked him. 

He looked at me, pleadingly. "I really think we can", He whispered. 

I sighed... I'd do anything to make him happy... It's not like I didn't want kids. I always have. 

"Let's do it", I nodded. 

"Really?" He asked excitedly. 

I nodded. 

He hugged me and went to get ready. 

"Wait today?" I asked. 

He nodded. "Yeah, I made an appointment at the orphanage."

"You made an appointment before I said yes?" I questioned. 

"Yeah. I knew you would say yes. If you didn't do it now I would have taken you to bed and asked", he smirked. 

I blushed. 

"Let's go", he said. 

------ 2 hours later------

We arrived at the orphanage and a woman named Allyson lead us to the rooms. 

"Room 1 is ages 1 month through 1 year. Room 2 is ages 1 through 13 years old. Room 3 is 13 through 17 years old", Allyson explained at went back to work. 

"Do you want a baby, toddler, preteen or teenager?" I asked, Phil. 

"I kinda want a newborn", Phil answered. 

We walked into room 1 and looked through the kids.

We went through all the kids till I saw one little boy in the very corner of the room.

Name: Dillon Ryder

Gender: Male

Birthday: March 3rd

I looked at him and knew... He was my baby. 

"Phil", I said, not taking my eyes off Dillon. 

Phil walked over and gasped. 

"It's him", Phil whispered. 

"Have you made a decision?" Allyson asked, walking in. 

I nodded. "We wan Dillon", I answered. 

She smiled and picked up Dillon. She carried him down to her office with us following. 

She handed Dillon to Phil and gave me the paperwork to sign. 

We signed it and left. 

------- Back at home --------

I carried Dillon inside and sat down. 

Phil stroked Dillon's cheek and said, "Hey Dil, we are going to be your new papa's."

And that was how Phil and I started our family.
