Erin's pov

I'm so grateful for having Jay in my life even if he's just as friend since Voight's "no in house romance" shit which makes no sense he's always told me when I was 16 that all he wanted was for me to be happy and Jay makes me happy but sometimes I feel like Jay doesn't feel the same way, he sends me different signals like one minute he's gonna make a move but the next- it's like he hates me I don't know maybe it's just he doesn't like me and now with this Charlie bullshit how will Jay ever look at me the same I just..... I don't know what to do but all I know is that I have to get the blue prints to Charlie and thankfully Jin could get them for me . So u walk up to his apartment.......

30 minutes earlier Jays pov

Voight was going on about bomb parts when I remember my friend mouse who is also my CI knows someone who can help us out so I cut in

"I think my CI can hook me up with a guy maybe he knows something "

"Good idea take Ruzek with you" Voight said

So we are waiting for my CI Mouse to get here he is taking for ever but finally get in my car we plan things out he is gonna bring us to his "friend" and try to get some bomb parts see if he knows anything about the next operation that going down next , once Mouse bring us to the dudes place when he came towards us I recognized him... It was Charlie. Things get awkward ,Charlie looks me in the eye

"Detective what are you doing here " Charlie says
"Detective what they aren't detectives what are you talking ab-"mouse was cut off

"Shut up mouse he was with Erin Lindsay at the district ,don't you remember detective" he says and I step forward

"How could I ever forget that " I said that sarcastically

"Oh detective when you see Lindsay tell her I said hi ,ya know back in the day she was umm something " he said like he was fantasizing
About her to make me jealous and it worked and I stormed out.
Me and Ruzek arrived back at the station I go sea thing for Lindsay

"Charlie Pugaliese or how ever you say his name what does this guy have against you because my CI brought him to me to get parts for bombs" I say "umm I will deal with him" she says "really Erin because I don't think you are " I said she walks over and leans up against the wall " what has Voight always told us, tell him the truth so he can lie for you " I say "no Jay if I told the truth I'm done for GOOD" she says "please just stall Hank so I can figure this out quickly" she says "hurry up I don't know how much longer he is being very impatient" I say I make her laugh "this is Voight we're talking about and this surprises you " she laughs "Nope" I laugh back .

30 minutes later Erin's pov

"Here this is what you asked for " I say as I drop the flash drive in his hand

"One more thing I need to have a snipper team on Stand by for if I need it " he says
"You are out of your damn mind Charlie " I start to walk away as Charlie grabs my arm yanks me back and hits me with one punch to the jaw and stomach "Bitch you will do as I say or I will spill like a water bottle " he says and I walk away "your half way there Er"Charlie says and I roll my eyes and walk away in tear to my car . I get back to the station and I go into the Voight's office and I close the door and he gives me this look and I sit down and I start to cry and the whole unit was waiting for us to come out and they were all confused but I didn't care I had to tell Voight before things get worse

"Charlie he's ... He's ...he's ... Back and he has Annie and Me boxed in real good Hank and there is no way of getting out of it " I sob into his shoulder as he comforts me and I could tell the whole unit was looking at us because Voight told me to come on and finish the case so we can go home . Voight gives him the unit an update on what we are doing we all get suited up .

1 hour later still Erin's pov

"You got to face this kid" Hank tells me I nod an ' I know' but he doesn't know what me and Annie did and I plan on him never knowing too. We see Charlie and the crew start to get ready to rob the jewelry store as they turn there lights on Charlie just stands there with his and in the air . And as Olinsky starts to arrest him all of a sudden,

" I'd like to report a crime from October 2nd 2002 the victim was Rick Ross and I know who murder him and who helped hide the body " Charlie shouts and everyone form the unit stares at me with and OMG look of shock on there faces I can feel there eyes on me but I stare at Charlie then step closer to him then turn around and look at everyone even Voight and I announce it .

"I Erin Lindsay murdered Richard 'Rick' Ross and the accomplice is died from a car accident.I murdered him and Annie had nothing to do with it so fine , Halstead , Voight slap the bracelets on me and read me my rights" I say because I just toke full responsibility for a murder I didn't even committee
"So Charlie was that what you want to hear me say it to my team so they can arrest me in front of you for joy well you just got your wish"I said because I know I'll have to give my badge and gun in once they slap the bracelets on me. But once I turn around Olinsky I uncuffed him for a minute so he walks up to me and punches my across the face and knees me in the stomach and knocks me to the ground right before they handcuff him again he says

"That's what a whore like you deserves is to be thought to respect a man"Charlie screams in my face Voight walks up to him and punched him the the jaw and I get up and I hold my wrists out waiting to be cuffed the all of a sudden I'm pushed up against the car and told my rights and Voight strips me of my badge and I just get looks of disappointment from everyone and I'm shoved in the back of a cop car , and all I could think about was how i let Jay down how when I'm sent to prison for the rest of my life and he will find someone better and I see Voight and Jay walk up to me and whisper to me "we'll get you out of I promise if it's the last thing I do " I say thanks but I know I'm never gonna get out I'll be arrested for 1st degree murder.
