Our First Meeting

Mr. Campbell and Mr. Revera was waiting outside. "Sir what could I assist you with?", I asked. "Well I would do it myself, however I have a board of director meeting to attend right now.", Mr. Campbell replied. He also added, I know you have been going here for a little while now, so could you give Mr. Revera a full campus tour?" Excitedly I replied," Of course, I'd be honored to.""I'll leave it to you then Ms. Hernandez? Mr. Revra if ever anything goes wrong please you know were to contact me." We both nod as a reply. "Well I'll be off to my meeting then, you to have marvelous day.", Mr. Campbell said with a forced grin on his face. Shortly after he leaves with loud receding footsteps. 

With a worried voice Reagan asked, "Um so I didn't get your first name?" Quickly Jayden replied," It's Jayden, Jayden Revera you better remember it." Innocently I said, " Um well it's nice to meet you Jayden Revera, my name is Reagan Hernandez. Rudely he replied, " Reagan that's such a nice name." I blushed and stuttered saying, " Shall we begin your tour?"

His voice is soft and dreamy, but I didn't think he was gonna be anything like this. Sure I may have thought he was a bad boy, but not rude and disrespectful to a girl. Maybe he's only being liked that cause he's not warmed up yet... I guess it's okay for now at least I have an edge in the other girls as to talking to him.

Showing him around the campus was very long and it felt like the hours weren't moving, but its lunch time in about five minutes. I worked up the courage to say, " I guess we could stop here because lunch is in five... Are you hungry Jayden?" My voice sounded soft and fragile like it would break with one touch of a wrong saying. " Yeah it's about time this long tour worked up some type of appetite." He responded with a timid voice. " Well do you want to eat here or off campus?" I asked quietly. He responded in a better tone, " I'll eat of campus kinda getting sick of this school already."

Sick of this school already it's his first day. Did I say something or anything wrong. I mean I wouldn't know because all he ever said throughout the tour was " Yeah" and " Whatever". After thinking to myself I forgot he was still in front of me so I said ashamed," So you can go have lunch now I'll just meet  you back up here in front of the school's parking lot. Also before I forget to mention lunch is only forty-five minutes. " Sure whatever you say boss." He said with a roll of an eye. As Jayden leaves I stood there stumped, what could I have done wrong. 

Looking like a loner because I was just thinking to myself what on earth could I have done wrong. I mean all I did was show him this boring school. It's not my fault that this school is boring. I never failed at anything I know I could do, this is something I know I could do. And if ever I did fail I know I did my best or I was capable of achieving the top goal Whatever he's just a guy not the president.
