He made me worried. I tried calling him again, but his number was switched off. He just didn't realize his importance in my life. I sat back and tried thinking of some valid reasons that why he did so.
Suddenly I got a call from Gautam.
"Hello"
"Hi, did Virat pick your call?" He asked.
"Yes, he did. And sounded really unwell. Do you know what has happened to him?"
"Umm, I don't know."
"I can bet, you know everything and you're just not telling me." I shouted.
"Amaya, please calm down. I know you're worried and you really want to know but I've promised him and I can't break my promise."
"Are you insane or what? Hu-huh? Just tell me right away."
"Fine I'll tell you but promise me that you won't tell him?"
"Ya fine."
"He's suffering from some heart disease. And he's in the hospital from past 3 days."
"What the hell? And you didn't tell me? Which hospital?"
"City hospital"
"Fine. Thanks bye."
I was out of my senses. All I knew was to rush to the hospital and meet him as soon as possible.
